I’ve had multiple experiences when I’ve waited over an hour for a sandwich to be delivered to my address. The food here is great and the customer service over the phone to place an order is great. However the delivery service is terrible. Today, I ordered at 11:15am (shortly after they open), and it is currently 12:31pm and I just had my order delivered. I called at 11:45 and was told the driver was on the way and should be here soon, now it’s over 30 minutes later and the driver just showed up after calling a second time to see what’s going on. My location is about 5 minutes from Jimmy Johns but I am seeing patients and preferred the delivery. I don’t understand how this delivery could take that long when I’m no more than 5 minutes from them. Going forward I will no longer order delivery from this Jimmy Johns location.

Currently in club Jimmy John's. The employees turned the music up so loud we can't even talk at our own booth. Asked multiple times to turn it down so we could communicate at our table and was told it would be turned down. Then told it doesn't need to be turned down it's acceptable. The bass is literally shaking the building. Absolutely ridiculous.

Irritating experience. Dude standing right outside blocking the entrance smoking. The music was blasting. 6 guys standing around one girl all goofing off like high school kids. Couldn't hear anything. Do they not have a manager?

I ordered food an hour ago and i live 1 mile away from the restaurant. My food still has not been delivered and I called and asked what’s going on and all I got was “she has your order with her and it’s out for delivery.” I didn’t realized “freaky fast” meant an hour.

The food was fast and made on the spot but the order was wrong, they gave us two of the same sandwiches instead of the lulu and the beach club.Charged us twice for a little john when we only ordered one. At least the food was good.
I love jj but i had this one. Everytbing was beyond lacking. Veggies were gross af and brown. Workers care less whats happening in general.. atleast the one tall white dude, manager vibes

Every time I order it is always late and they never get the order correct whether it’s the sandwich or even screwing the drink up. Read the order slip it’s not that difficult of a job.

Sandwiches are good, but half the time the order is wrong and is arriving 40-80mins after you ordered it. Apparently they have a shortage of drivers, but if you are getting enough orders that your driver is getting me my food 40 mins after I order it, you can afford to increase the wage and attract/keep more drivers. What I'm saying is its not "freaky fast" at all
