Second time i order from here,first timw they didnt cut the sandwich in half and i ask not to add onions and it came with onions,and this time it came like an hour after the order was placed,i pay for some xtra avocado and they didnt add it,called them and they hang out the phone. Not recomend it.

I absolutely love Jimmy Johns. But the time it takes for even the sandwich to get made is insane and the delivery. It takes around an hour after ordering and sometimes even longer.

Unfortunately this is only jimmy John's that hasn't been great. Orders generally take a long time and they are missing or have incorrect ingredients. Maybe they're short staffed or just lazy? Either way, please step up your game and get on the same level as every other Jimmy John's.

We will never order from this location on Gonzalez camp Lejeune, we waited for over 1:30 mins for our food order only to find out majority of our order was missing because the delivery driver just dropped the food off to the front desk and left.
When we call about the mistake of our order the manager was rude and not helpful at all. Mind you as a clinic, we order so much food from them. On a regular. The customer service is horrible never again.
