The portion sizes you get here are disappointing. Take the time and drive to the one on Westerman Blvd.

Would not accept Panda Express gift cards. Ludicrous- bought their gift cards and can't use them at a store. Especially since on a military base. Military people are often given gift cards because they want to eat away from the chow hall. Food was sub-par today. Noodles dry & flavor was not tasty. Both protein items below average. Worst I've had at any Panda Express. Dining area is being renovated so wasn't very inviting. Nearly all lights not on so very dark.

My review is mostly for the seating..They start closing seating areas during dinner time to clean up and everyone has to be bunched up in a small section to eat, and last time I was there no place to sit..What kind of a food court closes off seating at dinner?

Good when it’s busy, food sits too long when it’s slow

Leighton horrible customer service. She serviced a marine more noodles portion size way more than the other girl working and when i questioned it Leighton attitude was sarcastic/ not at all pleasing. be. I had to search for the beef on the entree but had plenty of broccoli. Let's not service gender moreso than the other nor race. This is not the first time by either of the hirees.

I was at work on New Years eve and my family got my usually favorite honey walnut shrimp and dropped it off and unfortunately when I got a chance to eat it I realized they didn't put any glaze on the fried shrimp and when I called the manager argued with me that the shrimp was done correctly when she didn't even see it so in order to get it rectified I had to hold the food and drive all the way back over there the next day. The manager on duty then was different and as soon as she saw the shrimp she said there is obviously no glaze on it and apologized but it was disappointing and inconvenient! As a service manager, I would have taken a name and allowed my customer to come in at their convenience but I guess everyone doesn't hold customer service to a high standard.

Uncle Roger would be beyond upset with how undercooked the rice was today. Nice staff though.

It has gotten better I got a good portion of food. It was clean and that watch was good to go on that shift.
