The food is always hot and fresh and the customer service is A1. They're always so sweet and helpful. The service is also super quick. You're never waiting in a long drive thru line longer than 10 minutes. You can't really go wrong with canes.

The chicken here is top quality, way better then anything off base.
The ice here is crazy disgusting. Once it starts melting into your drink, you'll notice. The recent "HOT FRESH CHICKEN!!" yelling nonsense is terrible. Someone yelling "welcome in!" isn't bad unless it's from someone that is clearly having a bad day. But the main attraction, the chicken fingers and the sauce, always on point and fresh.

The food is good but the fries are too soft in my opinion so I have to order it extra crispy and they skimp on the fries. They give about the same if not less than a McDonald's small fries.
Overall, a great spot which boasts about doing a simple thing right. They knock it out of the park with their speed of service, chicken strips, and fries. Their sweet tea is pretty good which means I don’t have to take mediocre sweet tea from another spot on Lejeune. The only downside is that their AC blasts a little bit too strong for my liking.
The knock off version of Zaxby's food sucked and so did the sauces. The service was good and the inside of the restaurant was nice. Food was expensive for poor taste! The Texas toast was the only good

Every time I go to Canes, I always get the 4 piece and get the bob. Butter on both sides of the bread, that’s the best part of Canes.

Love the chicken but the fountain drinks taste werid, like water from a hose. I did bring it up to an employee but not much was done. I hope an explanation is provided like "its our water filtration system" or something. Other than that, love the chicken.
