Saw a buy one get one special on subway website a month or so back - placed an online order for pick up. They canceled my order with no reason as to why. I called up there to find out and they said the franchise owner don't accept those online codes. Thats whatever, its the fact that their order website for THAT specific location DID take the BOGO code but because it was too good of a deal they canceled lol why does the website I place online order take codes but you pick and chose which ones to accept and to cancel. Bad business. Also, their workers are rude and make crap sandwiches, but that could be just because its subway.

Lady that works in the morning (7am) was extremely rude, seemed to be so bothered because we asked for a sandwich, and then laughed in our face after scoffing because we asked about online ordering not working. I don’t get the sarcasm and attitude. Def avoid if possible.

$15 for the most pathetic sandwich combo I’ve ever seen in my life. This location doesn’t even offer the $6 meal deal I’ve seen at other places. Everytime I go to subway I get reminded why it’s overpriced slop.

The ingredients don't look fresh and the tomatos almost ALWAYS look like they're rotten or a mushy mess. It's clear the ingredients here are either not properly cared for or not replaced.

Today they were either out of ingredients or the ingredients looked bad. Had to get lettuce, onions, and salt on my sandwich so I already know I'm not going to enjoy it. On top of that, the person making my sandwich put probably half the container of salt on there 😂, I didn't even say extra salt and that was way too much.

Safe to say I won't be coming here very much anymore, if at all. It was at least tolerable before but now it's just reached a breaking point.

Please register my complaint with your app manager, as I was told when I arrived at the restaurant that they had canceled the order and they did not accept coupons! Nothing on your website, said that they did not accept coupons. In fact when it was fine restaurants it listed them as accepting coupons.

Absolutely horrible staff especially the older blonde lady she was rude, impatient and when asked about when an online order would be ready she laughed and said I'd have to wait, plus she kept looming over the other girls working there and was generally unpleasant

Food was made great but the website says they make kids subs, so we ordered them. When I picked up the subs the girl working was very rude telling me “we don’t make kids subs here, we made 6 in subs but we can't keep doing that”. When we opened our bag to eat there were kids subs in the bag. I was very confused and wondered why she could t just tell me normally instead of being so rude about it.

Staff canceled our online order, refusing a coupon, stating this location doesn't accept coupons but the listed participating locations says otherwise. Said staff member proceeded to horribly make my families sandwiches, hardly putting the toppings requested. Then while the sandwiches are toasting, this staff member rubbed her gloved hands on her disgusting clothes, input our order at the register with those same gloves (touching the disgusting register) and then pulled our sandwiches out to continue making them with the same gloves on. This staff member was rude and fell beyond short of satisfactory service. But you bet my wife was still prompted to tip after paying full price for these lackluster sandwiches.
