Food was made great but the website says they make kids subs, so we ordered them. When I picked up the subs the girl working was very rude telling me “we don’t make kids subs here, we made 6 in subs but we can't keep doing that”. When we opened our bag to eat there were kids subs in the bag. I was very confused and wondered why she could t just tell me normally instead of being so rude about it.
Location has moved to birch street. Stopped in yesterday. There was a new guy. Can’t remember his name for the life of me. Said it was his first day. Wouldn’t have believed it! Seemed like he’s been making sandwiches his entire life! Top notch location with great people.
I've gotten food from here several times and have never been disappointed. Using the subway app and ordering ahead is extremely convenient and always me to skip the line and get in and out within just a minute. But for those times when I don't order using the app, their customer service is great and expedient.
