Sad place and very unprofessional , I have for the pass 7 days been trying to get me W2 bc my husband accidentally throw my w2 away after coming home from deployment! I have messages three time called store multiple time i went up there my husband went up there and one owner was rude tell him it take a week and walked away like he was nothing. I know why im being mistreated i threaten Pierce with labor board when i worked bc he never issued a paystub and when he did password locked it so u cant see ur paystub it fine told my husband to file with out me.. amd i dnt receive a copy before April 18 ill take my evidence to the IRS and show how unprofessional and ex marine is with his buisness and employee.. and just down right rude why they cant keep employee to work both there store on base ima see if i can reach someone on base about there rude and nasty behavior... thank you your time.

Service was fast but restaurant is very unclean. Their is a dead roach on the floor in the dining area (see picture attached)

The experience at this particular Subway was completely fine to begin with, myself and two friends went to get lunch on a Monday afternoon. Due to social distancing for the ongoing pandemic, we were asking politely to wrap the line around the store in a certain order. We all gladly complied. As I pondered what to order, I saw "Mama Deluca's" on the other side of the store. When I decided that's what I would get, I left the line, and walked towards the other side (towards Mama Deluca's). When I crossed the center of the store I was very rudely yelled at in front of all of the guest and workers by a subway employee named Gabby. She yelled to me "you cannot go to that side!". I turned around and went back to my place in line, as I was shocked by the unnecessarily loud volume. Once I reassumed by place in line, I asked Gabby if they were serving Mama Deluca's, she seemed confused and regretful and replied "oh, yes, if you want pizza you can go over there". I'm not one to review restaurants as there's usually nothing too bad or too great to say, but this was by far the worst personal experience I've had in a restaurant that I can remember. The experience other than Gabby's rude nature was outstanding.

Yea so food was good but the lady asking me what I wanted had an attitude like it was the end of the world. Would not wanna go there again.
This place isn't too bad but it's not the best one even in bad. They are always moving too quick and skimp on all the items. They usually don't listen very well and don't focus on what they are doing leading to many mistakes. Even though things are on the menu like types of bread they just don't have them. They are nice people, but probably need more staff and room to work to function properly.

I am very dissatisfied with the service in this subway. The person that took my order was very sloppy and in a rush for no reason. The woman working there tried to fold up my sandwich when I was still ordering And told me I confused her because while listing them she thought I was done. She then wrapped both sandwiches very sloppily with the sauces about leaking out of the wrapper. She also didn't even ask if I wanted a receipt. And this isn't the first time.

The service is depressing. I hadn't finished putting things on my sandwich and the girl just tried to pack it up. I didn't get offered a receipt and the sandwiches were just made messy. It's as if they didn't get any training.

Very clean, plenty of space to sit around! Staff is very friendly and professional. Subways always provides with a great tasteful variety of sandwiches!! My fav subway in the nearby radius. Will keep coming!
