One of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been too, slow service in drive thru, waited 10 mins just to get to window with only 2 cars ahead of me. Cashier just handed me a bag and walked away, it was missing 2 items and I had to honk to get someone’s attention because they also forgot my drink. Overall horrible experience and will not return!

Never met a more incompetent and slow staff in my life. Just like every other restaurant on this disgusting base the service is just bottom tier because they can get away with it. I want to see the menu not have my order taken by a 15 year old with an iPad who’s had 30 seconds of training and NO MENU. The menu is never updated and the service is just so slow compared to any other Taco Bell on planet earth.

My food tasted so horrible, I got the $9 box and it will be my last time eating Taco Bell. It tasted like throw up I’ve never had restaurant food taste this bad I don’t believe it had anything to do with this specific restaurant, but just the Taco Bell food in general I don’t recommend it if you can avoid eating here and just waiting until you get home. You are much better off.

Went inside and ordered waited 30 minutes for one breakfast burrito that never came. Had to get three people involved just to give me a refund and said there’s nothing they can do about it other than wait 24 hours and if I don’t get refunded then to call.
Slow service at non peak hour. No walk up customer window, just automated stations. Crunchwrap was mostly carbs and a not good cheese. Very little meat.

If you should not pull up to drive thru make it clear. Person outside said nothing, no wave or anything. Then when in line told would have to wait in line and then pull around again to meet up with person. Needless to say after waiting in line did not return. Better signage or something is required if your location is having drive thru issues or you are changing your process. Maybe even just having person standing closer to the drive thru entrance would be an improvement vs leaving such a large gap allowing people to enter the drive thru area.

I’ve seen what looks like a manager walk through customers and go behind the counter and immediately start yelling at the other managers and employees. Unacceptable behavior from anyone, especially management. Short lady with glasses, I think her name was Amelia. I feel terrible for the employees. Orders were coming out fast before she came in, and as I waited for my order, the wait was getting longer since she was busy yelling at the employees and moving them around which seemed to mess up the flow. I hope she gets set straight.
