LIST YOURSELF AS BEING ON A MILITARY BASE IN DOORDASH PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. You waste a LOT of people’s time, energy, and gas. You need to let them know!!!
Love the taco salad.
So disappointed its almost laughable..? Ordered a burger with no mustard through drive thru and wanted a bite while omw home (i was super hungry dont judge) but when i open it, it has extra mustard. No biggie it happens i get it and thankfully i noticed before making the drive home. I go inside and get my burger redone but when i say one lady had the nastiest attitude... she rolled her eyes as if i did something wrong? She threw the burger onto the counter and didnt say anything..? I get we all have our issues but what did i do?? Not only did i recieve my order wrong, i had to turn around and drive back to Wendy's and have to deal with attitude? Ok. But once i get home i get ready to enjoy my burger and BEHOLD! There's mustard again.. lol literally save your time and go somewhere else. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.
Manager Amanda is so kind and helpful
Food was fine. The staff working the drive-thru makes you feel like you're inconveniencing them for ordering food.
The workers there are efficient and very professional. Most definitely coming back.
This place is the prime example of what Wendy's should be. I've eaten here and I've doordashed and Uber eats for here. All experiences have been pleasant.
I have been coming here for years never had a problem until today for the first time. I ordered a number eight that was supposed to be the grilled chicken . I was never asked if I wanted a spicy sandwich or grilled and I have always ordered the same sandwich every time I have come. I have never been given a spicy sandwich or even ask about one anytime I've ever came for this combo. After I left I started trying to eat my food the fries were old and cold and looked like they had been sitting there for days. They were not edible. The sandwich ended up being a crispy sandwich instead of a grilled sandwich. I was going to eat it anyways and not say nothing because I was hungry and in a hurry. I did not know it was a spicy sandwich either. When I tried to eat it my mouth was on fire so bad that I was in tears and throwing up. I could not eat the sandwich because of how hot it is and I have no gallbladder. People with no gallbladder cannot have spicy foods. Every doctor would tell you that. I had to throw the food away. I called up to the business to let the manager know hey this is what my food look like and this is what I ordered. Unfortunately the girl did not give me a receipt and I didn't ask because I've never had this problem before so I didn't think nothing of it. She told me that it says on the board spicy or classic. I told her I did not see it on the board and I have never had this problem before I've been coming there for over 20 years and have always ordered the same thing. Also regardless even if it was on the board it is still their job to ask the customer if they want spicy or grilled. She kept cutting me off and wouldn't even let me get a sentence out like she was trying to shut me up and get me off the phone. She was very rude as a manager and kept throwing a replacement sandwich in my face. I told her a replacement sandwiches not going to bring somebody back to life if they die. There are people out here who have allergies and had she had done that with somebody who had allergies they could have died or been in the hospital. I explained I have no gallbladder and I can't have spicy stuff. She still kept cutting me off and being very rude to me when I asked for corporate's phone number she told me it was on the website and hung up on me. I had to call back and speak to another employee after the phone rang off the hook to find out her name was Lisa. This is very poor judgment and bad for business. The way she handled the situation was very childish and unprofessional. You cannot bring somebody back to life with another sandwich. The problem needs to be fixed by retraining the employee. I was never rude and never raised my voice. I told her I wasn't even going to say anything until I ended up throwing up and in tears because the sandwich was so hot. I wasn't trying to cause problems or get the girl fired. I told her I didn't even want a replacement sandwich. I just felt the girl needs to be retrained before something worse happened to somebody. I never planned on calling corporate until the manager was very disrespectful to me. I was trying to fix a problem before somebody got hurt because of they're lack of training. If she cannot handle talking to customers and be more professional than what she was especially on a military base. She does not need to be a manager.

We can never leave without checking our order because 9/10x, it is messed up. They're usually nice about it when we bring it to their attention, and they fix the issue without any problems.
Oh, but definitely DO NOT try the Cinnabon pull aparts... I was so excited to try it, but when I got it, I was very disappointed. The icing was just a big blob on top of a rock hard cinnamon muffin. I tried to pull it apart and nearly broke my fork... but my love for cinnamon rolls won and I tried to eat it anyway. It was so dry and flavorless... never again. 0/5 stars, do not recommended.

Cadence (I believe that was her name), the supervisor/manager in the purple and black uniform, was incredibly rude and had no customer service skills. We spent nearly 20 minutes in the drive-thru waiting to order, pay, receive our food, and then be refunded after being wrongly charged for an already overpriced and poor-quality meal. From our car, we could hear her yelling at her employees, "No more refunds," and she rolled her eyes at us and her employees several times. The service was rude, the employees were poorly trained, and the place reeked of grease just from the drive-thru window. Paying $15+ for a single meal at a fast food chain in NC is absurd. Additionally, their soda machine was "broken" during rush hour, forcing us to either settle for water or pay extra for their other equally overpriced drinks.

Waited 30 min for a DoorDash order to find out that they never made the order and then the store closed, so the customer didn’t get there food and I didn’t get my pay. Manager was unable to resolve the issue.

You like sitting in line for 40 minutes come here. They take 40 minutes to handle 5 cars, what kind of incompetence is that? A staff of 11bs could do a better job and I mean that.
