I asked if I could use my free key tag for to get their new thin mint frosty and the lady at the window rudely told me it’s not to be used for speciality drinks so I said okay… can I just get the thin mint frosty and pay for it then and she said chocolate or vanilla and I said chocolate and she handed me a vanilla 😐 very snappy very rude, rushing everything, the breakfast sandwiches we got were a mess and soggy, very unimpressed with Wendy’s today

I usually go through the drive thru during lunch and every single time I’ve gone through the female employee who hands out food and drinks at the window has been extremely rude and disrespectful. They’ve given me unsweetened tea 3 times before finally remaking the batch and the male manager had an attitude the whole time. I also stopped asking for my sauces when I give my order at the speaker because it’s never put in the bag so I ask at the window. Today the rude employee who now wears an AirPod said they were going to be 27¢ each I paid it no problem but since when has Wendy’s charged for sauces? The lady was extremely rude when I asked for my sauces. I understand wanting to listen to music while you work but if you’re interacting with customers in a drive thru take the AirPod out.

Talked with the joe manager once I got back to my RV in onslow Beach, was supposed to have 2 single sandwiches only 1, now remember it's a 8 miles drive he was very rude, Wendy's on base sucks, been coming here in RV park go the every morning, STAY AWAY my RV people and Marines.
Lady at the drive through was rude and seemed like she was in a rush when they were not busy. I ordered a junior bacon, cheeseburger and didn't get no bacon. After starting to eat my food, I want to grab a napkin out of the bag which there wasn't none.
