Talked with the joe manager once I got back to my RV in onslow Beach, was supposed to have 2 single sandwiches only 1, now remember it's a 8 miles drive he was very rude, Wendy's on base sucks, been coming here in RV park go the every morning, STAY AWAY my RV people and Marines.

Lady at the drive through was rude and seemed like she was in a rush when they were not busy. I ordered a junior bacon, cheeseburger and didn't get no bacon. After starting to eat my food, I want to grab a napkin out of the bag which there wasn't none.

The staff is nice and the food is always on point, with only one notable exception so far. The service makes up for an occasional order issue which is why I still frequent this Wendy's.
I have no problem with this Wendy’s location as a whole. Come for lunch quite often, food is normally hot and decent as expected. The real reason for a 1 star review is the incompetent people you must interact with. On multiple occasions I have gone through the drive-thru line to be met with the same woman who has to have the worse customer service seen by any fast food chain. There is always an attitude for absolutely no reason. I often find my self asking for sauce at the window due to her not doing her job and reading the order. Everytime I’m met with the good old stank face and unsatisfactory behavior. We can all understand being rushed and trying to make as many customers happy as quickly as possible, but at the end of the day you still work in customer service. Act like it.

I want to be nice but I come here twice a week and every single time they some how get the order wrong. And the food is at best room temp. But what sends me over the edge is the lady on the mic. She is extremely rude and will cut you off when talking to her. It’s has happened multiple times. And the person who hands out the food gives attitude all the time. I get it it’s busy but why do you have to act like that. And if you are are gonna be rude can they at least get the order right.
