The food was incredible, the burger was amazing, and the waitress Sophia was very attentive the whole time. Excellent service!

I’ve been meaning to go to this place for a while. Finally had an opportunity to go, firstly, I’d like to say customer service was great, very clean restaurant plenty of seating and parking
As for the sandwich, it was reasonably to be priced, and the order was taken quickly and brought out to me quickly.
I got a Korean style fried chicken sandwich with creamy dill and ranch on the side as well for my fries.
Everything was delicious , fresh, and well worth the money. I will be back definitely, , and I will be recommending this place to my family

Food was alright. Nothing to really rave about. $5 for 3 frozen sister Schubert rolls? Plating was lazy and skimpy on the fries. Waitress was confused about everything. Wanted a side salad and we got brought a small plate with 3 pieces of lettuce, a sliced onion; and no dressing. The drinks were good though

Was seated pretty quickly, but that was the last thing that was quick about eating here. Waited an hour after ordering to get two grilled cheeses and fries. Paid extra for sweet potato fries on one plate and they weren't on the plate when first brought out so had to send it back. Finally got the swpf and they were slightly burnt to the point of leaving a charred taste in my mouth after eating them. Only reason I finished my food was because we'd waited so long and I was so hungry. Maybe the $20+ entrees they have on their specials menu are worth the wait, but these grilled cheese certainly weren't worth the wait. Nor the extra 15 minutes waiting for the check after finishing our food. $35 for a meal I normally wouldn't consider bad, but for what I got I regret coming here wholeheartedly.

Service was not great, menu very small and prices high
It took about 40 minutes from ordering to receiving food, not the mention the 20 minutes it took for the server to come take our order
Food was just okay and not worth the high prices.
Don't come here if you want to get your food in less than an hour

Absolutely i can write a bad review for you
ridiculous wait time. We sat there way too long before anyone even came over, and it became obvious pretty fast that there was only one server trying to run the whole restaurant. That’s not fair to them, and it definitely wasn’t fair to the customers.
Everything moved at a snail’s pace—ordering, drinks, food, all of it. By the time our meals finally arrived, the experience was already dead. Long waits, no communication, and zero urgency.
Management seriously needs to figure out staffing, because this was a complete waste of time. Would not come back.
Do you want this to be more extreme or would you like a more constructive attitude?

The food was just ok. They are trying to execute at a level higher than their skill is able to produce. Overcooked items and poorly assembled plates. The service is lackluster and without salesmanship. No mention of featured items or specials. No suggestions and no energy. A pretty face does not suffice for a good service person. An empty dining room for a reason. 1 in the front and work two cooks at once so the wait on orders isn’t 40 plus minutes then maybe your business will grow.

Our office Christmas Party was made complete by lunch from Griff’s Kitchen & Bar! As always, the food was excellent and the service was great! Whether it’s for a special occasion, or you just want a great meal… or maybe you’re too tired to cook and want to grab takeout… Griff’s Kitchen & Bar is a great choice!
Cool little spot. Good food, comfortable vibe.

Great food and atmosphere
A wonderful surprise! A short drive from NC Arboretum with amazing food and service. I had fish and fries - among the best I ever had - such light batter and light flakey fish with a nice house made tartar sauce with a hint of dill. The chai cheesecake was divine! Chef's kiss!

I got a wonderful spicy chicken sandwich and might I just say it was one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had. I got it to go and will be back in person to experience other dishes with the service I hear about. Tiny serving of fries sadly, but still amazing taste and quality vs quantity!

Came in before 7 tonight (Thursday). Restaurant was moderately busy but no wait and waiter greeted us pretty quickly. We were starving and told him we were ready to order right away. Forty minutes later, our food was delivered to the table next to ours (the woman had a special order and therefore received the wrong order but ate it anyways). They had been seated 20 minutes after we placed our order. As we watched them eat our meals (with our stomachs rumbling from hunger), we flagged someone down and asked where our food was. They acknowledged the mistake and said our food would be ready in another 10-15 minutes. At this point, they COULD have offered us a crumb of something to eat as we both had hunger headaches. Mistakes happen but this was handled so poorly. We were offered a free dessert each, but we took them to-go. I couldn’t tell you if the food was good because of the bitter taste from the experience. Honestly, we’ll never go back. The wait team avoided us, although they made the mistake. We didn’t cause a scene or make demands. Management intervention should have occurred. We live local and are disappointed in the lack of decent eateries in Candler.
The atmosphere offers no privacy or comfort. Hard chairs with cafeteria style tables, very close to each other. Odd lighting with no lights over the center tables. No ambience or character. A decorator versed in dining spaces may help.

Came for lunch on a Tuesday. The Shrimp and Grits was really well done. It was very savory, not spicy, and a great creamy texture.
They included plenty of shrimp and bacon
