My pizza was delivered to the wrong place once the did get it to me it was cold and the drink wasn't the correct one that I asked for girl... Girl on phone when taking my order didn't know what she was doing ?

Absolutely one of the worst run stores they have.My pizza sat at the end of the rack,in a very slow pace,and when I was asked could I be helped( I had already paid), I simply remarked I hope that isn't my pizza that's been sitting for two and a half to three minutes.The guy went defensive, challenging me the HE WOULD GET THE MANAGER .I did my best to remain disciplined,and he never stopped talking while she was there. When I mentioned that to her,she never even acknowledged that his mouth should have stopped. Another employee ( now two men)came out from the counter,and it was all I could do at that point to remain calm,and keep my now sweaty hands to myself. Thankfully the encounter with these two idiots didn't happen twenty years ago. They'd be in the hospital,and I would have been arrested.I tried to call the district manager,but apparently my concern isn't very important. That was a week ago.This business has no redeeming qualities. Stay clear.

This is the first time we have ordered a pizza and we're very disappointed. The crust was tough and the pizza looked like it was left over from yesterday and reheated. I feed it to my dogs. They liked it just
About 40 min delivery. I’ve had wings from other locations that are overcooked w/out much sauce. These were great! I had sodas not delivered, when the driver (Mendy) went back and got them for us. The Triple Treat Box was great also. 10/10

I had a delivery guy come and had the worst attitude with me. When he showed up he parked ridiculously far from the house no where near it. Cameras showed he didn’t even try looking for the house. Made me walk far to pick it up. In the most respectful way possible I asked if he could drive up a little more next time because I have a bad knee, he replied with “I don’t care where your house is I’m posted up here” I ignored it at first and said okay well it would just help a lot because of my knee pain. He replies “not my problem do you want this pizza or not” as I’m asking him what his deal is and why was he being rude to me, he walks off with my pizza as he’s yelling vulgar words at me, I called the manager and asked what was going on and she also seemed to not care nor wanted to straighten him out. I payed for my pizza once it got re delivered and sat down to take a look at the most stale cold hard pizza I ever seen.I’ve been ordering from here for the past 6 years and never had a issue. The gentlemen with the disgusting attitude had glasses and curly like hair. I hope someone does something about it. Don’t order from here unless you want a brick for dinner.
