Shout out to Dripolator for thinking and caring about their employees at the Candler location 💯. Road conditions are rapidly deteriorating and their employees can stay home and stay safe 💕

He proceeded to tell her which obviously she already knew. She put his ex girlfriend’s name on his cup instead of his. I called and asked for the manager and she answered and denied that ever happening. Just rude overall. Very immature and unprofessional.

Ordered an everything bagel with egg and cheese through drive thru. Received a plain bagel and did not have time to go back to store. I called and was told, sorry, next time we will make sure you get an everything bagel. Well, what about the bagel I just paid for that I didn't want? Not happy with response.

I was going there for a year, everything was great, specially espresso. But after stuff changed about 2 months ago, Coffee taste is awful, even though espresso machine is amazing. Very sad. Another location in Asheville is up to the good espresso standard for now.

Nice place and good location but after 4 tries I'm sad that it didn't live up to expectations. The coffee wasn't that great and I think they should revisit their processes of how they create their coffee and flavors (just my personal take).
Also never went and got in and out in less than 10 minutes, always seemed to take 15 and 20 minutes to get basic coffee orders which isn't the staff on hands fault as they seem to be understaffed all the time.
Maybe another try later in the future if some changes happen!

After finding a great "apricot, banana and cream cheese panini" breakfast sandwich, listed on their menu, how disappointed was I to find, when I got there, they do not even offer it!! "Yes, it is on menu, but "they" will not let us remove it because of the good reviews this location gets!!". Well, I'm here to say that "my review" is not a good one and "how very disappointed " I was with no satisfaction in their explanation!! Won't go back!!
