Mediocre, and what most people probably expect from fast food in this area. Food always seems to be older than it should be, like it's been sitting in a warming station for a couple hours instead of industry standard of 10 minutes max. But typically as long as you know that's what you're getting and don't care - it's decent service.Atmosphere doesn't matter a lot, as most people just take their food and go at this location. It sits right off the very busy Smokey Park Hwy so it's too noisy to enjoy sitting there to eat, but parking and ordering isn't perfect either. Seems like a lot of the time there are friends of employees, or maybe family, hanging around shootin' the breeze and smoking. The smoking is what bothers me the about it. Won't stop me from going here from time to time, though.

Sonic is almost always a win if you like the Drive-In type of experience. Food is better than average for fast food burger type places, and staff are friendly and quick. Milkshakes are always a win, even when it's bitterly cold outside. Double win for this location, as the parking lot is easy to get in and out of.

Awesome job. It was like as soon as I ordered my food was coming out to us. Service was great. And he had patience because my card didn't work (lol) but it all worked out.
I got a hamburger,fries,drinks from this sonic and I was in my subway uniform. After I ate, I've been throwing up and using the bathroom all night, I still have the receipt from when I bought food there. I've bought food here a few times before and nothing happened but sorry to say but this was the worst time I have ever gotten sick from anywhere I've been in excruciating pain and I feel like someone needs to check their food but when I was waiting for my food I seen a girl sitting there on her phone texting around food, I'm not saying that could be the reason why I got sick but it's either someone was sick making food or the food was bad itself or somebody just didn't do their job right.

Tater tots are always cold why do they never give you hot fresh tater tot‘s!! Then I proceeded to ask for a bag of ice of course they’re not selling ice for the day so I said can I get to route 44 cups of ice instead of a bag he said nope you can’t have cups of ice either ? like what the hell….. you put ice in my sweet tea you put ice in my ice water you put ice in my slushy‘s why can’t I have a cup of ice? None of the other sonics deny me I mean you’re charging me for it I don’t mind paying for ice I’m anemic and something about their little cubes are just perfect for me to eat on.

I like sonic, we always come for ice cream! So today was one of those days and the ice cream was great but the service not so much, I asked for napkins, the lady behind the register said I wrapped some around your cone or something like that but I needed more because I have a child who might get messy. She proceeded to walk away, grab the napkins and come back to the window with a BIGASS stack of napkins like what.. I didn’t want that many. She was mad because she had to walk to the other side of the place to get them. I didn’t appreciate the attitude like that’s your job.
