The frappe I order is made incorrectly. Have to ask for chocolate drizzle inside of cup. Rude employee at closing time just sighed when I asked for drizzle. Won't be back. Always dirty counters.

Giving it 4 stars, trying to be nice.But the two employees were slow and did not looktidy.That goes for the entire place.Shelves are not refilled or are disorganized.Why soo many plastic cups on display ?OK, the place is inside Ingles supermarket and therefore has limited space.The more reason to make it look attractive as the Inglesstore is outstanding.My fozen Mint Frappuccino was good, no complaints there.But...please try a little harder to meet the otherwise higher standards of Starbucks.

They made my drink wrong but then when I asked if they could remake it they said they wouldn’t unless I had a receipt (which they never gave me to begin with). Really disappointed in this Starbucks.
The only thing I have had problems with is sometimes Starbucks is out of what I am there to buy; like cake pops. Their coffee is good and great pastries that compliment the coffee.
