Giving it 4 stars, trying to be nice.But the two employees were slow and did not looktidy.That goes for the entire place.Shelves are not refilled or are disorganized.Why soo many plastic cups on display ?OK, the place is inside Ingles supermarket and therefore has limited space.The more reason to make it look attractive as the Inglesstore is outstanding.My fozen Mint Frappuccino was good, no complaints there.But...please try a little harder to meet the otherwise higher standards of Starbucks.

They made my drink wrong but then when I asked if they could remake it they said they wouldn’t unless I had a receipt (which they never gave me to begin with). Really disappointed in this Starbucks.

The only thing I have had problems with is sometimes Starbucks is out of what I am there to buy; like cake pops. Their coffee is good and great pastries that compliment the coffee.

Wow they served me a venti steamed MILK 4 times now when I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha, and everytime it was made by the same man haters and I only say that because she told me the last time when I had to turn around 5 mile down the freeway to take it back again, she says to me " SIT ON A D#$K AND SPIN" SO PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Memorable, personable, and boy oh boy, the view!! Addison was amazing and I’m very glad we got to experience this with him as our pilot. Would recommend 11/10.

Excellent experience. The highlight of our visit to Asheville. Highly recommend. The flight was so great with beautiful scenery, peaceful and exhilarating at the same time. Addison and his crew was very competent and made us feel safe.

ages 7 to 78, the five in our family joined 11 others for an extraordinary first experience for all. We loved every minute! The beautiful balloon, the comfortable basket, the friendly and competent balloonist, the gorgeous April views of mountains and land and farms below, the gentle landing (such a contrast to my plane's bumpy landing the day before!) - this was a bucket list experience I'll never forget...and will look to repeat, with great enthusiasm. I took 102 photos, entranced by every step of the process. DO go!
