Truck drivers don’t come here they don’t care about your time they are very slow to loading and unloading.
I love this location of Wicked Weed. Since it's situated on the west side of Asheville right before Candler it had a more local oriented vibe compared to their downtown location. They have a patio area that's really nice and an overall relaxed vibe. The layout is cool and unique since the taproom is upstairs and you can look down on the area they make the beer. They're dog friendly including inside the taproom which is convenient for days when it's too cold or hot to sit outside. I definitely plan to come back to this location especially on a nice day!

At the mercy of a food truck that closed 2 mins after I got to the brewery. I ended up at a Waffle House 😢. Great beer and atmosphere, huge layout.

Brew pub not open so couldn't eat
This place used to have great burgers and fries, new options don’t cut it. Sorry but not worth the trip without decent food

Location reminds me of a San Diego brewery near inland Oceanside. We went on a Friday afternoon- live music outside with small covered tent area with picnic tables. A food truck outside with okay pizza. Apparently they used to serve food and haven’t for 4 months. The upstairs inside was nice to grab a brewski. Lots of 5-10 year olds scampering around when we went.

Good beer, cute taproom. Nice patio. Gets super hot inside in the summer but it's great in the winter.

Stopped by for a couple of beers. The taproom inside is really nice with views of the brewery, and the outdoor patio is great too.

I would rate this company a solid 3 out of 5. Here is what I didn’t like.
I made a delivery at 7:30 AM. There is extremely limited space for maneuvering a semi-truck. Only two docks are available, and as you can see in the photos, dock #3 has construction going on right next to it. Cars belonging to the construction company are parked directly across from it, leaving even less room to maneuver.
Even without the construction, there is very little space here. If one dock is already occupied, trying to swing around and back into the other dock is almost impossible because of how tight the area is. I really hope that the construction going on in front of the truck area is aimed at expanding the parking and maneuvering space, because right now it’s a serious challenge.
The guy at the front desk (unfortunately he didn’t have a name badge – maybe the company should consider giving their employees name badges so customers know who they’re dealing with) was extremely rude. He’s a bearded guy at the front desk. When I asked if I could park at dock #2 instead of dock #3, he dismissively said “no,” insisting I must use dock #3. I tried to explain that there was even less room because of the construction vehicles blocking part of my turning area, but he just didn’t care.
The rest of the employees seemed friendly enough, but this one guy with an unhappy face from early morning really damages the company’s image.
Overall – a firm 3 out of 5.

Hey what’s up with the food truck disappearing? The spot has been a go to for a decent burger this side of town! You lost me until I hear it’s back….

Had a great time at Wicked Weed West! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the whole place had a really laid-back, chill vibe. One thing that stood out was getting to see all the massive fermentation tanks, not just a couple on display like you see at some other breweries, but rows of full-size production tanks right there on site. Really cool to see the scale of their brewing operation up close. Definitely worth a visit!
