This is our 2nd time enjoying a Good meal here. My family group & I will return again. We always leave satisfied. Always plan on desserts. Great assortment to choose from. Excellent service & friendly. Nobody ever got an upset tummy like at some chain restaurants. Party of 7/8 people less then $130 that's with a good tip.

I only stopped here for a picture when I was about 11 or 12 on the way to Myrtle Beach SC. I'm sure the food would've been great after a long day of driving but the family didn't want to dine in so we got McDonalds instead, and keep driving on our roadtrip.

Adequate. Didn't see a smile... Wife got an ice tea to go for no additional charge. Would have liked a second coffee top off, but the ladies were quite busy. Prefer to do business with local businesses instead of the waffle house.

Usually the local restaurants never disappoint. Not the case today. Burnt zero taste hamburger steak, a baked potato that no amount of butter would help, trust me I tried, never came back to see if I needed a refill or not, and thankfully I had cash because the only sign that said no cards was a very small one at the register. Friendly people when I walked in, but the locals that came in after me came first. Thankfully I'm only in the area a few days for work because I received better service at Wendy's in the truck stop.
A little like an old time dinner. We had two sandwiches that were just ok. Staff very friendly to obvious regulars. Not so much to us.
We love stopping at independent restaurants on road trips. Will skip this one in the future.

Stopped for breakfast after traveling for 10 hours. Sat in a nearly empty section (1 gentleman chatting with waitress) and waited a bit for waitress to come over. She was not pleasant to start - no good morning or anything. Ordered 2 simple breakfasts and proceeded to wait and watch locals come in, order and get their food quickly and with pleasantries from the waitress. Food finally came minus the toast that was coming right up per the waitress. Eggs were cold and had definitely been sitting for a bit. Finished with no toast or being checked on. Finally got her attention for check that was basically thrown on table as she passed by.

We visit Blake's two or three times a year usually on Sunday after church. We were able to sit down as soon as we got there and the waitress took our order quickly we had turkey and dressing and a cheeseburger deluxe. Everything was delicious. Even got to take some of the turkey home because of the large servings.
