This is a Dunkin Express, not a full fledged staffed Dunkin. The coffee is slightly sub par and the flavorings were old and almost out of date.

Parking: Dunkin is located inside of Pilot so there is ample parking.

As this Dunkin is located inside a busy Pilot TRUCK stop, waiting in line to pay for your purchase can be either very quick, or can take a while if the Pilot is busy.Their donuts were fresh, and they have a good selection. The Dunkin section of THIS store is much larger than some in other Pilot's. It has more coffee types to choose from, and there is plenty of room to access sugar, creamer etc without bumping into other customers.The reason for deducting one star is because...
