Stopped here while traveling through the area. Tried the new barbecue brisket sandwich, and although it tasted good, whoever made it made a huge mess of it. My husband went inside to get it, and carried it outside in the bag, and when I opened the box, there was barbecue sauce all over the inside of the box which made the bun a sticky mess. Also, the fried onions were mainly in the box instead of on the sandwich. The potato cakes were nice and hot and fresh, so that helped a bit....

If I could give 6 stars I would. I just got off work from an extremely stressful day and was on the verge of tears. The young man who waited on me was soooo friendly and pleasant! The food was great! Sometimes you've had a rough day and just need someone to be nice! Thank you sooo much for the great service and awesome food!

Made a pit stop at this Arby’s passing through on our way home to Charlotte. Staff were so friendly! Clean and well kept dining room to get out and stretch out legs. Food was prepared fast and hot!
