I recently visited Ben’s Backwoods BBQ and was blown away by the experience. Just recently visited Ben's Backdraft. All 4 people in our party absolutely loved the food. They were super accommodating with letting us know about our dietary restrictions. Also, I didn't know what location they were at that day. I texted through Instagram and they responded immediately. This is a must do BBQ spot for this area. I would highly recommend!

My husband and I got the pulled chicken sandwiches with the loaded potato salad. It was absolutely delicious. The vinegar sauce was amazing! Would 100% recommend to anyone! We can’t wait to try it again!

Had them when they were at Highland Brewing. As a Texas transplant who has been spoiled with growing up on the best brisket in the country, I have to say that Ben’s Backdraft BBQ makes some damn fine brisket. Best in town for sure! Can’t wait to catch them in the AVL area again soon

Their food truck was at Lowe’s in Franklin today. Ordered brisket sandwiches one with slaw and the other with the potato salad. Hands down some of the best brisket around and the sides were delicious too. Highly recommend.

Saw the food truck out today and got some plates for us for lunch. Ribs and Burnt ends with baked beans and the loaded potato salad. I highly recommend! 10/10 - absolutely delicious. We tried the Vinegar, Sweet, and Spicy BBQ sauces, all great but the Spicy is my favorite!
