We are from TX and come to the area every year, this is one of the must visit eaterys every trip! Very good food, amazing hand scooped real ice cream shakes, not that soft serve blended with syrup crap! Prices are fair, and there's a table outside if you have a dog woth you. (Needs more tables, minus 1 star)

My son just got back from ordering our dinner where I requested the Turkey and dressing. This is so horrific I've had to do without dinner! The dressing is burnt and dry...what little turkey I received is dry and not an ounce of gravy anywhere...and where the heck are my sweet potatoes??
I paid over $12 for this?? I am horribly upset that, not only did I not get a proper dinner, but I'm having to do without dinner altogether!
I hope you are happy with ruining my evening and taking my money.

And I don't give all 5* ratings ever.... this place is awesome. The only drawback is the place is generally packed... but for good reason... and the fact that my walk in take order only took 10 minutes is crazy!!!
Terrible! Long wait for food- with out the offer of more coffee. Eggs were cold. Don’t eat here!

Best pulled pork I’ve ever had and the first time trying okra, but it wasn’t bad. Service was excellent and very friendly. Definitely a hidden gem.
