We don't live where bojangles do when ever we get to Columbia we stop at least once. Always at this bojangles. Restaurant is always clean. Food is always fresh. Staff is always friendly. Noticed walking in that this site is a training site and it is very apparent as to why.

Manager was yelling at employees in front of customers. Had staff doing menial tasks while customers waited in line to order. Also out of certain menu items. I would change management immediately if this were my restaurant

Normally I like what I get from Bojangles but today was an exception! The fish sandwich is a joke! I don't eat fake cheese so I ordered it without cheese and figured I might at least get a hot Krispy piece of fish with enough tartar sauce on it to keep it from being dry. Nope! Basically lukewarm, dry, very little tartar sauce and the fish was borderline soggy. I don't eat at McDonald's but I have to say their crappy fish sandwich would have been better than this catastrophe!

Don't get me wrong, the food from here is great, but if this is the only way that corporate sees my dissatisfaction with the undertaker of an AI they now have manning the drive thru, so freaking be it. The drive thru AI has no enthusiasm, and it sounds mechanical af. The insult to injury is that it cuts into employees work hours. Just hire someone to man the drive thru and get rid of this stupid AI!!

Staff are friendly, and the food was fresh! The ladies' bathroom was CLEAN, and it gets cleaned frequently throughout business hours.

Picked up some Bo Bites which are usually Awesome but these were Absolutely Horrendous. Threw them in the trash which is what they should have done instead of selling them! I'm not sure if I'll try them again or not!! Truly shameful best item they've had since getting rid of the roasted chicken bites, give them 0 stars for that moronic decision!! Chic Felet nuggets are always awesome.
