Went tonight to get dinner and was told I had to pull up was waiting on biscuits heard them say about 4 minutes left to cook I wait for 30 mins of being pulled got there at 6:28pm went inside at 6:48 to find out why it's taking so long no one appagized or said I'm sorry or anything when I went inside they seemed like they knew nothing running around. I get it I've worked for Bojangles but it was ridiculous having to wait there was 2 other cars beside me that were pulled one pulled back to the window and got a refund bc she was tired of waiting. We normally choose this Bojangles over the other but tonight just really sucked.

had a sign on the speaker saying they closed at 9. arrived 15 minutes prior to 9. no one came to the speaker. pulled up to the window, made eye contact with the woman working- she completely ignored me. didn’t even bother to greet me or even acknowledge that I was at the window. fully understand that they close at 9. but, I arrived prior to 9… only pulled up to the window to ask if they had any chicken tenders left for a very hungry 10 year old. do better.
