The customer service was top notch. The young lady took my order and she checked on me at my table multiple times. The food was awesome. The green beans with bacon were outstanding and the potato casserole was just like moms. All in all I will be back.

Had lunch here on a whim- never had bbq from here before and I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food! This is a legit smokehouse experience- I had sausage with Mac and cheese and potato casserole and my partner had ribs and brisket. All three meat options tasted great! Not dry and well spiced with a great smokiness. Staff was super polite and attrntive to us while we were there- 10/10 will be back!Vegetarian options: As a smokehouse, there aren't many vegetarian options here. There's a salad option or two and there are sides that are vegetarian friendly (as well as some baked potato options), but the main courses are all pretty exclusively meat based- which is to be expected.

Fantastic food and accommodating staff. After some rough history with it's sister location I was wary of trying the canton restaurant.I've eaten here three times since. The dining area was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was delicious.This barbecue place is well worth the money and has earned mutliple return visits.

Very happy to see Dickies open in Canton again! The new owners are a nice couple who know how to run a restaurant with past industry experience. 1st time back was last week and the employees were very kind. They even honored a coupon from previous ownership and in turn I bought more than expected. The pulled pork sandwich was huge and delicious. Took home a tasty coconut cream pie as well. Thank you all for such great service and I will definitely be back again.Parking: Decent size lot, aprox 20 spots. Appropriate for size of restaurant.

Went to Dickies on my our way to go camping and I was so impressed by their service. I never leave reviews but this was so needed! It was clearly a busy Friday night and they appeared short on staff but both associates were so kind and calm! They took the time to make sure everything on our order was correct amidst the multiple walk-ins and pick up orders they were trying to manage the food was delicious and so worth it!

The store is very clean and the employees are the most kindest of people in any restaurant I've been to... such kind people with southern food and the best southern hospitality! Definitely recommend and the food here is top notch delicious!!! Especially the ribs... the ribs are wonderfully smoked to perfection with the combo of the taste with the sauces, let me say delicious is such an understatement for how good these ribs are! Can't find better ribs anywhere else. Definitely will return there

no one there but a one woman.we didn't try to go in with empty parking lot. it took a few mins to see someone inside sitting at table and guessed it was an employee. it must have her car outside also.

The reviews from more than month before this one reflect the previous ownership, and tell a pretty bad story.The owners, the crew, the attitude, the atmosphere, it's all changed now, and definitely for the better. Best barbeque in town for sure, with a team of locals trying to revive the scene for the Canton area.Dickey's might be a chain, but bringing your business to this particular franchise is supporting your local business. They're getting better everyday at serving the community and need our help turning the rating around.They have the best DD prices, and offer lots of special stuff you can only get in-store as well.

Under new ownership.The new owner is kind and helpful.The food is too notch. The juiciest pulled pork I've ever had! The place has been closed for a year and a half then was sold to new owners who are working in the place to make the food as fresh and as good as possible. I will be coming again.

Pretty rough experience at Dickey's Barbecue Pit. Stopped in for dinner on a Thursday night. With only two people in front of us in line, we waited almost 30 minutes. Never greeted, no apology. After 30 minutes with no service, our party of three left. Never even placed an order. Discouraging for all parties, but if you can't even serve the customers that stop in to dine - post a sign or something.
