The last 2 times we wanted BBQ they were closed. Today is Tuesday at 5:30 and the place is locked. The food is usually good. We like the pulled pork, the chicken, and the ribs. A lot of times they run out of things so we order in advance then pick up. Much better prices if you by the meat by the pound.

Ordered food for a family event im April... Noone answered the phone so we went in to order to go,, I paid almost 60.00 plus tip for food for my family event... We came back to pick up the bbq and apparently they gave away my hush puppies,, had to re cook them all and while the "manager" Thomas just apologized because he had not gotten our order ready he gave us a pile of not pulled pork... When we got it home we had to actually pull the huge amount of fat and only had half if even that of decent meat!!?? The "manager" said don't worry it's on the house.... I had already paid with a card??!! Months later we have tried to contact "Thomas" multiple times l... Very disappointed!!!!??????????

Did not get our dinner rolls or our cole slaw we ordered. Extremely frustrating that we never seem to get what we pay for here
Understaffed and still over the top!!! Very nice lady great hardworking service excellent flavors on the meats and sides the sweet tea was also perfect. Keep it up
During a recent visit to the Canton, NC area, we had a hankering for BBQ and decided to order from Dickeys. The portions were good and I liked that they provided a variety of sauces to try, as everyone likes something different. The pulled pork was well cooked and tender. I liked the ribs too.
This place was disgusting. The people working there was dirty-looking and the place smelled awful. I didnt get half the food I ordered and when I called back they never answered the phone. I emailed the corporate office several times and got no response from them. Obviously they don’t care about their customers all the quality of their food. This is such poor customer service. The food I actually did get was terrible I have been to Dickey’s in Hendersonville and in Asheville and have not had this experience. The one in Canton and the one in Waynesville so whenever were both disgusting and horrible.
The website lets you order and pay but there not even open. I want my money back. How is it going to say open and let you order if theres no one there. It even says your order is being cooked and will be ready in 30 minutes. Not cool. Get your act together. Ill never go there again.
Dickeys is always good, lots to chose from the anniversary special hit the spot will return, staff very friendly and helpful.
Staff was awesome. Food was good. Reasonable prices.

It wasn't as great as last time, but was still pretty good. Little more dry than I prefer.
Best BBQ and Best Service we have had in a long long time. The General manager and his assistant General Manager were on top of everything. We will be back!!
Waited 35 minutes for a pick up order and arrived and was told they had no meat, just sides, because of a kitchen fire. People eating inside the restaurant. Kind of unreal that they didn't cancel our order, call us, or inform us before we arrived and walked away with no food. As of now, no refund showing either! Truly insane.Oh. They also asked if the number attached to the order would be a good number to contact me about my refund. If only there had been another reason to contact me, perhaps before I arrived..
