They close at 11:00 pulled up before 10:50 p.m. and they were three people were outside smoking and I sat at the drive-thru for 5 minutes nobody came to took my order they locked the doors early and I never got served.

Do yourself a favor and go to the 14 plaza loop one, this one is incredibly slow and they ignore your existence for a long time and then when they do acknowledge you they are rude ~ nightshift are usually the rude ones
I recently visited the McDonald's, and I must say, it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've had in a long time.
Upon entering, I was greeted by an indifferent staff member who barely looked up from the register as I placed my order. After a long wait, I finally received my food, but the experience only went downhill from there. The fries were lukewarm at best, lacking the crispiness that one expects from a fast-food staple.
To make matters worse, my big mac burger was cold and soggy, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. I tried to bring this to the attention of the staff, but they seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than addressing customer concerns. It took several attempts to get someone to acknowledge my complaint, and when they finally did, it was with a dismissive shrug and no offer to replace the meal.
The dining area was also far from clean, with tables left unwashed and trash overflowing from the bins. I couldn't help but feel that the entire restaurant was operating in a state of chaos, with little regard for customer satisfaction.
Overall, my experience at this McDonald's left much to be desired. Between the lackluster food and the abysmal customer service, I won't be returning anytime soon. If you're looking for a quick meal, I recommend seeking out a different location—or better yet, another fast-food chain altogether.

Went to the store to grab some food the little guy in the window was awesome very polite and then when I went to pay is when it went bad he went to get the manger to break a 100 dollar bill because all I had was 1, 1 dollar bill and 2, 5 dollar bills and my 100, so he goes to get a manager she comes back with him slams the window shut and says that’s what they all say it’s all I got in a very nasty tone I do not appreciate this kinda service I’m sorry I only had 100 for my 22 dollar meal then I asked the kid for the managers name he said her name was Lisa if she gonna talk about customers like that were they can here her maybe she shouldn’t work in a place that severs the public I would understand if they were rude or nasty to her but I wasn’t just paid with what I had
