Waited 15 minutes for my coffee to be wrong, watched 2 other people ahead of me also get wrong orders.
Customer service was horrible didn’t ring up correct drinks , frappe was water like and just over all bad experience

I don't know if anyone else could say this, but I have always had polite and courteous help from the beristas. They have complimented on several occasions, and they have always helped me find something that I would enjoy. They engage with the customer. My only complaint is that the sandwiches are a little on the pricy side, especially since they are not made fresh in-house but unwrapped and put in an oven to be warmed up. But on a brighter note, they always have a lot of options besides sandwiches such as cheese danish, brownies, cookies, muffins, oatmeal, and pound cake. It's definitely a good quick pick me up.Kid-friendliness: They have other beverages besides caffeine drinks for kids.

This is what they call a turkey pesto, provolone sandwich. Looks gross and doesn’t taste that great either.

Most of the time this Starbucks is just fine. But recently the baristas have been more interested in their friends standing next to the shop and do not pay attention to their customers or what they are doing. My drink was way too sweet and I could not drink it. When I took it back and asked for another one (I never do this) the barista was really irritated and rude to me. Makes me not want to go back.

I ordered a grande frappe with 3 shots of espresso. Asked them to put it in a bigger cup because when you add the espresso it adds more liquid. They said no and they dumped out at least half of my drink. My $10 drink. I will not be going back.
