Got to be the worst in 3 States. 4 times in a row they got something wrong and we live to far away to go back to the store . Change management or close store

Drive thru, ordered a $1 happy hour drink (which cost $1.69, wth? And no one could tell me why. NEVER been to a TB during 2-5pm and paid $1.69 for a ONE DOLLAR happy hour soda!!!) and a $3 cheesy melt burrito (which wasn't as good as at another store, where the sour cream was cold, not hot like they just heated everything up at the same time). When I asked about the $1.69, I got a blank stare from two employees. Can they not understand my question? Could they not go get a manager to explain this rocket-science phenomenon of a $1 drink costing $1.69? Jeez...do better, folks.

Food in drive thru was cold and the order was all made wrong. I would have turned around to get it fixed but I had an appointment. I requested stuff not to be on my food and it seemed like they added extra. I wasted money and couldn’t eat it. So sad won’t be coming back. Visit was 7/28/25 around 1:45 pm.

We ordered potato fries, but they were cold and clearly not fresh. When we asked for a replacement, the staff member told us to wait 15 minutes. After waiting, he asked us to wait even longer, with no explanation or apology. I followed up with them three times, but still didn’t receive the replacement .they made us to wait for 45mintes for replacement The employee was extremely rude and showed no respect. Very disappointing service.very bad service.

Has never gotten an order correct for me and rude window people make it hard to correct it, food always comes out either made wrong or somebody else’s food entirely, drinks are never filled up all the way enough to where u would say something

Really nice taco bell. Service was on par with chick fil a. Brought our food out to us and everything. They also didn't jack up prices from corporate prices like some franchises do. Would eat here again

Stopped in while on a road trip...rice was so crispy in the bowl that my wife couldn't eat 1/2 of it. Taco and fries were good though.

Went to Taco Bell in canton nc and sat in line at the window for 20 mins waiting on my food got it finally but then asked for my drink and they pulled me to the door and I waited 15 mins for a drink

Shout out to Audrey, who was one of only two people working out of four additional women and two additional men at this store. She was cooking the food by herself, and there were five families with orders that we had all placed at the kiosk, waiting for our food. One of the four women (the only other person working) would periodically ask people if they needed a drink cup and I did see her going around to tables and wiping up. One woman was counting money at a cash register. There were no drive-through customers. Everyone else was standing around socializing.

It took 24 minutes for me to get one burrito. At 20 minutes I asked about my order and learned it was sitting in a bag on the counter and they had not called my name. I asked the young man who handed me my bag if I could please have the sour cream I had requested. He said sure, walked away, and never came back, after three minutes he was walking back into the area and I said hey what happened to my sour cream? He seemed confused and went and got me a sour cream and gave it to me.

Audrey was running around cooking the food and trying to make sure the customers receive their orders and I stopped and asked her her name and told her I wanted to write a good review about her because she was the only one working in the entire store.

This was at 3:15pm on Sunday 12/3/24

Went to this Taco Bell with my family.
The overall look of the place is ok but, there was not one human being in sight , no menu to look at except on the devices , no one to greet you upon arrival.
Everything is cold , uninviting and impersonal .
The bathroom doors had no words on them only drawings to differentiate between the men and women’s bathroom.
My son also found the bathroom labeling to be confusing.
It felt like we were in China or a strange foreign country.
There is not even an option to get a printed paper receipt which we needed.
The one positive thing was my husband and son were pleased with their food even though one of the orders was wrong the first time but, they made it right.
We will not likely be going back.
We realize that technology has brought about change but, there are still people who have medical conditions that can limit their use of digital boards etc and are not comfortable with them for various other reasons.
Some people actually get migraines from them.
People still want to relate with a human being!!!
