This is what you get when you order a large cold brew coffee from here. More like a small. Plus the manager women on shift was extremely rude when asked for a few extra condiments. Never have I had this bad of service from Wendy's before.

This is one of the cleanest Wendy's that we have visited. We only order baked potatos and iced tea. The baked potatos were cooked perfectly. We are conosuers of iced tea, and the tea was perfect. Boy did we get a good surprise! The price of iced tea for seniors was $0.25!

This Wendy's has to have the worst service of all Wendy's. I spent almost $40, on my order, and I get home, and don't have any salad dressing, or pecans, for our salads. These salads cost a premium. And the name of the salad is Apple Pecan. How do you forget the pecans?! And how do you forget the dressing?! It's a salad! While I was ordering, the little girl working the drive-thru was too busy trying to talk over me, as if she didn't have time to take my order. I had to repeat it twice, and it was still wrong. She was too busy trying to argue with another co-worker who apparently threw something. It was ridiculous. I NEVER leave reviews, but this one needed to happen.

The food is decent if you actually get what you ordered it's hit or miss. Ordered from the app, upon arrival (approximately 20 minutes later) the food was still not prepared. I was told it would be about 10 minutes before it would be ready, 20 minutes later I received my food and was informed that they replaced the baked potatoes with fries??? If I wanted fries I would have ordered fries. I'm done with fast food in general because apparently quality of service is no longer a priority in the food industry!

Food okay fries sometimes little limp like been sitting around to long.
There is a young gentleman who works during the week. I think his name is Malik. He is a very hard worker and when I have came in the last few times I see him working very hard. While he looks like he is doing a lot of work there has been people standing around in there phone and a manager with blonde hair on her phone or eating the food behind the counter where customers can see. That boy needs a raise!

RACISTS!!! We just left this Wendy’s. Found a hair in our burger, my husband has just taken a bite when he saw it. Went back inside and the cashier proceeded to ask what color was the hair! Because if it was black it wouldn’t be theirs. Apparently no one with dark hair works at this location, that was the cashiers excuse. The manager gave the cashier a new burger to give it to my husband and he ignored my husband standing there. He couldn’t just hand it to him. My husband asked if he could just hang him the burger and the cashier told my husband that he had to wait, with a horrible attitude. My husband snapped at that moment. Also, we are Hispanic. He felt DISCRIMINATED! And the interaction from the cashier was racist!!
