I went this morning it was not busy at all I order a bacon and egg biscuit with No cheese , they lady called the order back to me it was correct keep in mind cheese upsets my stomach well I get the order and yea you guessed it cheese on both , I mean honesty I wouldn't even wrote this review if they was busy but they wasn't it was no one in the drive thru so why was my food wrong ?

Came through at 730. Small line that wasn’t an issue. Manager on duty was very curt and flustered for not really much of a rush. Really lacked CS skills. No greeting just barking an order total out the window. Other drive through associate acted inconvenienced over providing a drink carrier for 5+ drinks. Had to ask for cutlery and drove off without the sour cream to a sour cream and chives potato. Should have thought to check better. I stop here a lot and this is the worst experience of service and atmosphere I’ve ever had.

Normally Wendys is great, the new breakfast burrito is not!!! Not only is it falling apart, nothing is melted.
Came through the drive-thru at 11PM and was expecting lukewarm fires and a cold spicy chicken sandwich. I couldn’t have been more wrong! Food was fresh and delicious and the workers were very kind. Definitely recommend!

This is the second time my wife and I have stopped here during a trip. Our food has been very fresh and hot both times. This time, our cashier, Ashley, was very hospitable and friendly. Keep up the good work!
Hubby got a chicken wrap. It was wrapped perfectly, not every Wendy's takes that much attention to detail. The young lady that took our order was super nice. Food was hot and tasty. The line was long but everyone got served promptly.

Eh, it's a Wendy's, what do ya want? Clean restaurant with smiling staff. All I could for. They were open when their door said they would be, which is more than I can say for Lincolnton location. Don't stop there, go to Gastonia or Hickory!
