Everytime i order breakfest. My order is always wrong. Have to drive back around to get my order correct. Just oredered some today, And both sandwhiches they gave me were sausage. And they were both bacon. Me being the only customer. Either they cant hear me say my order or not sure whats going on.

I am absolutely blown away with the kindness of staff, the happy atmosphere, the quality of the food and the way the double or triple check the orders to make sure it’s right. The Wendy’s in my town has went down hill and most the employees are rude and you can tell don’t really want to be there but at this one here totally different. Everyone is so friendly and their customer service is an A+. I will make the drive to the Canton Wendy’s from now on when I want Wendy’s.

On Jan 15, 2024 our family visited Wendy’s for lunch. The food was cold, our orders were incorrect, the cheese on our food was not melted, the French fry containers were less than half way filled. Our orders were wrong, so I sent my daughters to the counter (who are minors 11 and 17), to ask for corrected food. The lady behind the counter said she didn’t care, refused to correct the food or refund and also cursed at my children. My oldest daughter asked again for corrected food. And as she walked across the restaurant two of the employees continued to yell and curse at my children. This all happened in front of our other young children, and a church youth group. We would like for immediate action to be taken again this employee by management.

this was the WORST wendy's of my life. they were so rude, picked up my burger with their bare hands, and said that they don't care that they're customer service sucked and wouldn't fix our cheese fries because they put non melted shredded cheese on top which is disgusting. i do not recommend this place at all.

Went thru the drive thru on our way home the guy who was running drive thru was very nice but got home and took one bite of the burger and it was pink. Tried calling last night no answer and then tried all day finally got an employee to answer at 7pm tonight I told her what had happen and she told me there was nothing they could do about it I ask if I could talk to her Manger and the Manger refused to talk to me and said just tell her all I can do is replace her burger. I will never go back. Very poor service! I will be sure to tell other. I hope you guys get better people skills!!!!

When I am on the road traveling, it seems like I always hit the same old places and get the same old things. It was hard to go to Wendy's and not get a burger and some of that chili. I did get a spicy chicken sandwich. I took a couple bites out of that and started laughing. I couldn't believe how good it was. It hit a decent amount of heat that complemented the taste of that wonderful chicken just perfectly. If you haven't tried it, you need to.

The baconator does not come with the same amount of bacon. They are charging more and adding less bacon. They said that corporate told them to do that.
