Specialty store with good collection and spacious layout. We were put off by the overwhelming incense candle smoke inside and the merchandise appeared to be priced twice what you would expect to pay at an ethnic store

Store is neat and well organized. If you are in for flowers and puja related items, you wouldn't get disappointed. There are wide variety of options available to choose from. But you would have to be forgiving with price as most of them cost more than usual.
We got Samosas and Sugarcane Juice which were great! Loved them.

Arpan Mart has a good variety of Indian flowers, pooja items, and God idols. If you’re looking for Ganpati idols for the upcoming festival, they carry different sizes to choose from, along with other essentials for celebrations.
The only concern I had was with the service. The man at the counter didn’t seem willing to help. When I asked for the price of a diya, he had to call someone to confirm. Later, while I was at the counter, he got distracted on video and forgot to complete my billing—I had to remind him since I was getting late.
Overall, the store has what you need for pooja and festivals, but the customer service could be more attentive.

The products and quality is good but you only go and shop here if you have lot of free time as the billing counter person works slower then turtle. It take huge time to cater one person and you spend ages in line then time you take for shopping of your items If you value your time then don’t go this place
I recently had a very frustrating experience at Arian Mart. During my visit, I encountered two significant issues with their customer service. Firstly, the staff member I approached for assistance was dismissive and she was adamant about not providing items that were clearly in stock. Secondly, another employee was engaged in a phone conversation to place orders for his own store items, completely ignoring me and unnecessarily making me wait for an extended period. This combination of unhelpfulness and lack of attention left me feeling undervalued and frustrated. I hope the store addresses these issues to improve their service and ensure a better experience for future customers.

We pre ordered flowers a week ahead for house warming, a day before house warming I went to pick up the flowers only to find out their refrigerator had some issues and none of the flowers I ordered was available for pickup. My order was over $100.00. I was given whatever left over on the other refrigerator and none of the flowers were fresh and on the house warming day we were left with only that flowers which turned black within less than 1 hour next day morning. I asked to speak to the owner but was told he was not available until afternoon. Their refrigerator went down on Friday and I went on Sunday to pickup, no notification about this. Swapping with left over flowers, recalculating the cost for the swapped flowers vs what I ordered and showing no sense of regret won't help especially on the important occasions. If you want to preorder flowers for any important occasions then please look elsewhere

People are working like sloth.. OMG.. you could better organize the way you do business.. There should be like 10 person standing for 1 hr just to bill the product.. learnt that they don’t even intimate you if they don’t have something that you preorder.. Preorder people are also standing in queue and they come to know at the last minute in the counter..
