To the owner: Thank you for this beautiful experience at your coffee shop. Asali is my absolutely favorite of all coffee shops in the entire triangle area. I hope you open another one in brier creek with the same aesthetic and delicious coffee and pastry selection. (Different name though…to not follow franchise trends) we really need one of your shops there. My friend and I easily spent an hour chatting away and it felt like no time had passed. Looking foward to my next visit!

I just stopped by them on the way. The store is really pretty I had the following:

- Almond raspberry cake
- Hazelnut cheesecake mousse
- Latte

PLEASE DO NOT GET THESE.
I did not like the cherry syrup in the cake. The latte was just ok. They may have something else please do try other items.
I did not end up finishing the items because of the taste.

Asali is a popular hang out spot.. I feel that it could be better by replacing the plastic clear chairs with more comfortable chairs instead. The place is vibrant, the food and coffee are always delicious every single time. I would love if they’d include coconut milk as a substitute as well, since they already have other milk substitutes. Overall Asali gives such a home away from home feeling. I always love coming in and will continue to do so.

The desserts are always amazing, but ASALI - fix your ordering process. Your folks should have pads they can select desserts from as the client selects and then check them out at the register. Ordering at the register means you can't see all the options easily.

I like cold cakes...meaning cakes that must be refrigerated like cheesecakes, mousse cakes, napoleons, etc. Typically, I do not like butter-based cakes because they must be kept at room temperature, like the Biscoff cake for example. I had that this morning and it was really good but it was warm (to keep the butter filling from hardening).

For that reason, I will only be buying cold cakes, the Napoleon & Hazelnut cheesecake mousse with glaze being my all time favorites!

super yummy desserts! they had lots of cakes and desserts to choose from. they also have some
oopsie macarons for 10% discount. staff was friendly as well.

lotus biscoff cake was so good. strong biscoff flavor while being moist and light.

macarons were good too. we got the blueberry cream cheese and cotton candy. not much blueberry flavor and not unique cotton candy flavor. they were also a little too sweet for my liking but the quality of the bake was good.

the cafe was busy and it’s a little close quarters too. but it was a cozy cafe that’s great for getting some work done. just the weekend was busy.

Extraordinary cafe. All the desserts are top notch and the drinks are good, too. Nothing like a solid chai tea on a cold day.

Food is alright. I've tried several different items and am usually kind of disappointed for the price. Tried the London fog tonight and it was alright. Lots of staff but they're kind of slow to help you. Most annoying thing was their hours are incorrect. The hours on google, on the door, and via what the staff said by word of mouth are all different from one another. It's kind of the bare minimum for a business to update their hours on google. I was annoyed bc I specifically came tonight bc they said they were open till 10 on google but they closed at 9. Wouldn't have even come to be honest if I'd known that.

Asali is (5) Star on every level. Winning the coveted ‘Maggy Award’ 2024 for the ‘Best Deserts’ category … and we are all waiting to see if they’ve done it again for 2025 !! Beautiful desserts, coffees, teas, seating areas and atmosphere very warm and cozy. Staff and service is always excellent and on point.

It is absolutely beautiful and the pastries are life-changing delicious. My boyfriend took me here to try the baklava cheesecake and other desserts a while ago, and while he gets the same beloved baklava cheesecake, I’ll try different things. The Bavarian creme chocolate chip cake is absolutely delicious. Their mousse desserts are light, but still offer brilliant bursts of flavor. I can’t wait to try out their teatime deal!!
