We went for high tea and we were so disappointed at what little we got for $46 plus tax. and the bread stuff was hard, not fresh at all.

While the food and tea was good, I witnessed one of the servers drop half a sleeve of cups on the ground and then put them back into service. This is extremely unhygienic. I do not believe I’ll come back.

I didn’t eat any of their amazing desserts, unfortunately, but they looked delectable. I had a cardamom rose latte, which was really tasty. This is a good place to meet someone over coffee or study.

I come almost everyday to enjoy the most delicious pastry I have ever encountered. This is a full experience for visitors who need some time to focus on computer work or just to enjoy a date. I see also families that gather here to enjoy family time. I can’t say enough to people”you need to come here!”

I tried a Biscoff latte during my lunch break and it was beautiful! The latte art was so professional and the latte itself was tasty. I was able to work on a project here and enjoy my drink, there was plenty of seating.

I make my own espresso on a professional machine at home and have been for a bit and this is hands down the only place in the RTP area that makes it better than I do :) The flat white is phenomenal here. The barista is truly talented. The dessert is also next level good.Best coffee shop in this part of North Carolina.

Exceptional food accompanied with an energetic, smiling staff!!!
Great desserts, BUT, it’s unbelievable how unhappy and grumpy the staff is. We’ve been frequently visiting this place ever since it opened. The desserts are exceptionally good, so good that it doesn’t hurt to pay the premium prices. At Walmart, there are days when you MAY find a friendly staff, but here, NEVER. Yesterday, me and my partner spent about 25 minutes at this place and observed how the staff didn’t smile at a single customer. I lost the $20 bet to my partner, she said they won’t, I said someone will smile at at least one customer. They didn’t! Quite fascinating how service and staff behavior doesn’t matter when your product is incredible. And quite fascinating how we were so bored on a Friday evening to be betting on the grumpy staff ?? Why wouldn’t the staff smile or just be nice? ? Underpaid? Overworked? Calls for another bet I guess ?Hey, but listen, there’s a question on the screen for you to answer! ☠️?

My recent visit to Asali Desserts & Cafe was a delightful experience. The standout item, Chocoflan, perfectly marries the deep flavor of chocolate with the creamy smoothness of flan, making it an essential choice for dessert lovers. Equally impressive was the Raspberry Bar, which offered a refreshing mix of sweet and tart flavors. The Tomato/Feta Breakfast Tart from the breakfast selection was another highlight. Its blend of juicy tomatoes and tangy feta on a crisp tart base made for an exceptional morning treat. The beverage selection, including a well-crafted Cappuccino and a soothing Lavender Rooibos Tea, provided the perfect complement to the meal. Each sip was as enjoyable as the food.Asali Desserts & Cafe impressed me with its commitment to quality and the inviting ambiance. The cafe stands out for its culinary creativity and attention to detail, making it a must-visit for anyone looking for a high-quality cafe experience.

My friends & I went there as part of my birthday celebration. None of us have been there before, but we knew it was good because there was a line of folks waiting to get inside. The place was packed, so we decided to get our stuff to go and eat in the courtyard. We each order different desserts and drinks, and they were all excellent.I had the pecan cheesecake dome. On the bottom was an individual pecan pie with a huge dome of cheesecake filling on top, covered with a glaze and gold leaf.It was so good and rich, I could only eat one third of it, so I took the rest home.We are making plans to come back!

Impeccable. My husband and I drive 45 minutes on the weekends to come here for drinks and desserts and it is always the highlight of my week. There is so much love and artistry that goes into everything, from each dessert to every drink. The staff is friendly and the space is a welcoming respite from the world. We also love that it is Palestinian and woman owned.Today we had high tea for the first time and the experience was wonderful! The tea was fantastic and the bite-size desserts and savory pastries were absolutely delicious. We’re excited to do it again! We would recommend Asali to everyone, 100 times over.

Asali Desserts & Cafe is an exquisite spot with an exceptional menu, and the staff are always eager to help. From the Zatar pie to the tomato feta pie, every dish we tasted was delicious, and the lemony spinach pie was a standout. We have found our new favorite cafe, and can't wait to keep exploring all the amazing things this cafe has to offer.
