I visited Ava Rooftop bar for a meetup event, where I had 1 drink, a Watermelon spritz which was I think $14. After about a month, I noticed on my statement that Ava had charged me $74 to my card. Tried calling them to get it sorted out but No one answers the phone and voicemail is full. The "Contact Us" page on their website doesn't work. Seems like they are engaged in shady practices to run this place. May be the manager is in on it too. I would definitely stay away.

I celebrated my Birthday at AVA recently with 15 friends of mine! It was fantastic, and everybody loved it! Jennifer the Sales Manager was very hands-on in negotiations with me the whole time! She took such good care of everything, she was texting me, sending emails, and talking to me the whole time before the event! On the day, she showed up to say hello and she also gave me a glass of champagne! ❤️ The service was wonderful, Olivia our waitress was sweet and responsive! Also, they let me pick my tables/sofas, and bring a cake and balloons! I highly recommend AVA and their team, they are awesome! Thanks guys!

I went to AVA for my Birthday weekend with my sister and had a wonderful time. The only thing I was charged a fee because a boxing match was being played on the T.V ? but other than that GREAT! $10 to get in plus drink fee plus tip.
Ava is our go-to rooftop bar in the Triangle! The ambiance is perfect for everything from casual cocktails with friends to celebrating special occasions. We hosted our farewell wedding brunch here, and the team was absolutely fantastic. Our families had a blast, and the selection of drinks and food was amazing. It's also a great spot for a night out with friends. Highly recommend!

If you’re heading to AVA, definitely go for the VIP package. It’s totally worth it for the extra perks such as private seating, and on top of that, the personal touch of getting to know your bartenders!

I wish I could give this rooftop bar more than 5 stars!! We had a group of 8 and reserved a VIP table with bottle service. Danielle and Shy (bottle girls) were exceptional. They were so kind, very attentive, and our drinks were mixed perfectly. The DJ was awesome and not too loud so we were still able to have conversation. The VIP section has plenty of room for a big group. Overall, Ava Rooftop Bar is a vibe and such a good time. Will definitely be going again in the future for date nights and group outings!!
