Clean, quick, and friendly atmosphere. I tried the fruit Che for the first time. I was a little annoyed by the large chunks of coconut, long strings that splattered condensed milk every time I tried to get it out of the cup. Also kind of annoying you have to use a spoon and straw to eat it. Loved the jack fruit and red tapioca best. Cool concept but too messy.

I actually love this place. I always go there to order the mango nada. It’s my son and I’s favorite spot to grab a smoothie. Well, today. The cashier was VERY obnoxious. Her attitude was NASTY which made me lose interest in ordering. She wouldn’t give me her name or the owner’s info to make them aware of her attitude. Sad to say, I’ll NEVER go back

We tried the Iced Caramel Mocha and Iced Mango Tea with basil seeds. Loved it. Ambience is beautiful giving Vietnamese vibes. Definitely recommend.

Rude customer service kills everything that could go right with Bambu. The lady who takes order for the past year is oddly ill-mannered. There was no smiles, no greeting, no thank you, no "your drinks are ready", and no goodbye. She gave us plenty of stares and rolling of eyes, like she was disgusted that we spoke English to her. We have been supporting Bambu since it first opened and helped advertise with families and friends in the local areas. But very disappointing to see Bambu skimped over customer service.

We stop by Bambu every time we’re even remotely in the area! There’s no other location in practically the entire southeast to get authentic Che! I’ve tried pretty much the entire menu and it’s all delicious and almost entirely vegan friendly!
