This is the third time we have gone on a Sunday where the food and service needed a lot of improvement. The tots were over cooked with old oil. The Chicken Cesar wrap was half the size (with no visible chicken) compared to other times we have eaten there (not on a Sunday). There were three younger men working there with stains on their shirts and the food was not ready after 20 minutes (there was no one in the restaurant when we arrived). The inconsistency of the food will make us choose other options in the area.

I just dined in at BB'S Crispy Chicken. I ordered a 3 piece chicken tenders combo with honey mustard dipping sauce. All the sodas for sofa machine was out!!! There was no ice in soda machine, it was broken. I had to tell one of employees there is no ice coming out the soda machine and the employee had to go to back of the restaurant and bring out a bag of ice. My food was brought to the table however, the chicken tenders had no favor/no taste and were over cooked hard. The honey mustard sauce was very nasty - it tastes just like plain yellow mustard (dark yellow in color). I will not come back anymore!

Only customers at 5pm on Saturday. Plenty of staff working. Ordered sandwich no mayonnaise. Came with mayo. Food took forever. Was really mediocre. I expect this place will shutdown soon.

Food is ok. Place feels deserted Most fountain machine flavors don’t work… out of ice.. was done with my meal by the time they filled it after asking.

We got the special Korean crispy chicken tenders and totchos. They were very salty to a point you’d need water to balance out the salt. 3 tenders for almost 7 dollars. Not worth it. Milkshake machine was broken as well.

If you asked me a year ago, I probably would have given this place a 5 star. I love the gluten free chicken nuggets(used to be tenders) and the sweet potato fries. When they're cooked right, they're great, and it's awesome to have a GF option.
However, the quality is inconsistent. Sometimes they're out of sauces or sodas. Sometimes the food is overcooked or cooked in old oil. Recently I had really overcooked nuggets that were tough to eat. They could definitely benefit from more consistent management or oversight.
On a positive note, the staff is always friendly and upbeat, and the space always appears clean. But I'll probably take a break from BB's given my last few experiences.
Regular fries look nothing like the menu and were underwhelming for the price. Also, I ordered waffle sweet potato fries and received regular. They should really update the menu

Solid. Chicken is crispy, fries are crispy. Food is geared toward sauces, so it felt like everything was a little low on salt. They have a really nice outdoor space.
