The food was good and the service was spectacular. I didn't catch the gentleman's name but he was so attentive and friendly. We came around closing and sometimes people can be in a rush to get you out, but he wasn't. We will be coming back to this location. Sad that the one closer to me closed but oh well!

Had fried chicken sandwich and one grilled. The quality wasn't good. Restaurant was clean but the rating is B. So, not sure if something was found in the kitchen. Don't think I will visit it again. Also, it says it has live music, trivia night etc. Wrong focus....focus on the food quality...that's your main business, not the entertainment.

I love this place, but I arrived 15 minutes prior to close to make a carry out order and the door is already locked and they just shook their head at me. They close at 9pm not 8:45. No wonder these restaurants are closing

I would give less than one star it that was possible. Extremely slow service, trashed bathrooms, chicken was overcooked, hard and dry, all.the food arrived cold and way too salty, we couldn't eat at all.

Visiting Cary, NC and saw this restaurant, which we don’t have in VA, so we decided to try it in spite of the 3.8 star review. The service was fine and the restaurant appeared clean. When we went to get our drinks, all of the fountain drinks were out except 3 flavors. The food was ready in about 15 minutes and we took our food and left. When we got back to the hotel we began to eat and were instantly disappointed. The chicken on my sandwich was overcooked and stringy, my daughter’s nuggets were also over cooked and her fries were black as if they were cooked in old burnt grease. If you are visiting Cary, NC I strongly recommend avoiding BB’s Crispy Chicken. We had to throw our meals away. That was a waste of $27.

When this place first opened it was really good, unfortunately that is no longer the case. Walking in, the floors were sticky and I should have walked right back out the door. They sell fountain drinks when the machine out of order and the food flat out sucks. The chicken was so rubbery that I thought i was chewing on a balloon. The owners obviously dont care about this as I see from the reviews that I am not the only one who thinks this place sucks. This place must stay open because of the beer garden attached, I will stop going there as well as I can’t support a place that serves food I wouldn't serve to my worst enemy. If you’re in the mood for chicken, just go to the Chick Fila across the street or buy a frozen dinner from Harris Teeter

The drink machine was out of every soda but they still allowed people to order and pay for fountain drinks…? cockroach dead in the middle the floor. Nothing restocked. When I asked about it the worker simply said “i don’t know i haven’t been here in a week” . Won’t be back.

Dont be fooled by the menu that says they have a vegetarian entree of fried green tomatoes sandwich. They do NOT. They simply say “they are out” of fried green tomatoes every time I’ve attempted to eat at this restaurant. They need to just take it off the menu instead of making vegetarians think they can eat here.
The chicken was fried hard and horribly. We had a classic chicken sandwich Very disappointing. We had once been here often and it was amazing. Sad to see it have gone down so bad in my opinion.

This is the third time we have gone on a Sunday where the food and service needed a lot of improvement. The tots were over cooked with old oil. The Chicken Cesar wrap was half the size (with no visible chicken) compared to other times we have eaten there (not on a Sunday). There were three younger men working there with stains on their shirts and the food was not ready after 20 minutes (there was no one in the restaurant when we arrived). The inconsistency of the food will make us choose other options in the area.

I just dined in at BB'S Crispy Chicken. I ordered a 3 piece chicken tenders combo with honey mustard dipping sauce. All the sodas for sofa machine was out!!! There was no ice in soda machine, it was broken. I had to tell one of employees there is no ice coming out the soda machine and the employee had to go to back of the restaurant and bring out a bag of ice. My food was brought to the table however, the chicken tenders had no favor/no taste and were over cooked hard. The honey mustard sauce was very nasty - it tastes just like plain yellow mustard (dark yellow in color). I will not come back anymore!
