I was really looking forward to trying this place, especially since I heard good things about their crispy chicken. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype.

The service was quick, I’ll give them that. My order came out in just a few minutes, but maybe it was too fast—because the food tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. The chicken was dry on the inside and greasy on the outside, with a crust that was more soggy than crispy. Not exactly what you expect from a spot that specializes in fried chicken.

The sides didn’t help much either. The fries were lukewarm and limp, and the coleslaw tasted off—like it had been made days ago. For the price, I expected way better quality.

Fast service doesn’t make up for bland, poorly prepared food. I won’t be returning.

Ordered the Korean chicken because it was the largest picture on the menu. The chicken was drowning in a sauce that was so bad I only ate one tender. The rest went in the trash. The chicken tasted like warmed up frozen chicken tenders. Fries were ok. Server was not friendly and I'm not picky! Just a hello or enjoy your meal or something. She just dropped my tray off without a word or a smile. Not returning.

I’m guessing the ownership of this store changed at some point? That or the owners/managers are very hands off because the quality has gone down a lot

I ordered frequently from this store years ago when it opened and it was always great, fantastic chicken sandwiches, crispy on the outside, juicy inside

just ordered a combo and it shocked me when i opened the bag, the buns looked stale and were burnt, the fries were mushy, old, and had zero salt or flavor on them and the chicken was horribly stale tasting and dry as can be, just by looking at it I could tell it was gonna taste way different than it did years ago, it was “crispy” but in the worst way, like old and stale crispy

Not sure what’s changed at the store, but the combo was only like 11 bucks for the sandwich, fries and drink, so I don’t feel TOO cheated, perhaps the owners have decided to change the store to more of a low cost, low quality type place instead of what it was previously, but overall i was disappointed by the change

Really tasty food, delivered fast and the best staff we could have asked for! Awesome place to eat. Love the environment! Met Dre, a manager, and he was very interested in our experience and checking up on everything. Love this place and will definitely come back!

As someone who is gluten free this place is my go to! The gluten free chicken tastes amazing and the gluten free cheese curds are so good! I also love their fries and tater tots. I come here all the time as I’m sad I’m about to be moving 40 minutes away. I just wish their ice cream machine was working since it seems to not have been for weeks now. It is so refreshing to have a place I can feel normal eating at and have so many options.

I ordered the gochujang tenders. It was my first time visiting, so when the person at the counter handed me a bag and said, “Here you go,” I assumed it was mine. I opened it and ate a fry while waiting for my friend to order. A few minutes later, I was handed a second bag, and I realized I needed to confirm which was actually mine. Turns out, the first bag belonged to the woman behind us in line.

I had to speak up as they were about to hand it to her and let them know I had touched the food inside. Thankfully, they remade her order.

When I got home, I found that my own order was incorrect—the tenders were plain, not gochujang. I had to drive all the way back to get it remade. I tried to call ahead to save the trip but called three times and got voicemail each time.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Not everyone in the kitchen was wearing a hat or hair net, so now I’m just hoping there isn’t a random hair in my food too.

I used to love this place a few years ago, but I don't know what happened to them. The last time I went it was so disappointing, and honestly disgusting. It's been going downhill for a while but this time I got the nuggets and it was like eating rocks they were so dry... I wasn't even able to finish it and ended up just throwing it out. They still had good fries but this place isn't worth going to anymore.

The chicken is shit, but the fries and the dips are ok.

We ordered a pickup while at the Rosecomb Beer Garden. Thank goodness there is beer

Drey I suppose is the manager is very dismissive. They were out of fried green tomatoes so they took it off the order. No offering of anything else. I asked for pickles jalapeños and they said sure and then Drey said yeah we out of produce so we don’t have it. Pretty much unacceptable. He’s walking around with and attitude and I didn’t ask him to be employees behind this counter but I am asking to be respected when I walk in. First time was truly a bomber. All other staff friendly and soft spoken and seem to be scared to ask him anything.

It says Korean chicken, however there are no Korean sauces to put on the chicken. That should've been my first indication that this visit wasn't going to go right. Everything that I asked for they didn't have. So I compromised. I got chicken tenders that look like they had a lot of flavor but had none. If you don't have a sauce to dip it in are you going to get is plain chicken. I'm just used to more flavor. They didn't have the sweet potato waffle fries. So I settled for just regular sweet potato fries. Ew. I got a combo that included a fountain drink. The fountain drink that I wanted was all carbonation and no syrup. And then the manager said they didn't have any to replace it. So I ended up getting a bottle drink which are $3 a piece. It was $7.56 for two drinks in which I already paid for fountain drinks. I will not be back and do not recommend.

Whoever made my food today. You need to be fired.

My sandwich came with burnt buns. The sauce drenched the sandwich to the point where my buns were now burnt pancakes. I had probably 7 pickels on my sandwich for some reason. I barely had any lettuce because the buns couldn't hold their shape. Soggy and flappy couldn't hold anything together.

The korean tenders, 1 of 5 literally felt like chewing rubber. I thought it was a myth that chicken could be tough as rubber. I guess I've been blessed with good chicken most of my life. Now that I've experienced it first hand, I'm a believer. The tenders were put in the carryout bag sideways which allowed the sauce to escape and rip the bag open.

Don't ever serve someone burnt soggy food. You need to stay away from serving food.

BBs crispy chicken is some of the best dang food when it's done right. Too bad you've got MORONS making it. Could rival chic fil a, unfortunate. Never coming back here again.

Served super hot and fresh. Nicely spiced, I had the regular Nashville Hot. Best sweet potato fries I've had in a long time.

Arrived home after getting a chicken sandwich and realized they never put the chicken on the sandwich. We spent around $30 altogether. As prices go up, the quality of food goes down.
