As much as I’d love to give this place a 5-star review, I can’t. The food and atmosphere are always great, but my experience today was disappointing. I usually enjoy ordering through the app to build points, but when I placed my order ASAP, Tiana was extremely rude. She told me to step aside and wait for my food even though I was already at the store, and her tone came across as upset and unprofessional. The way she spoke to me in front of other customers made me feel uncomfortable. I’ve always had a good time here, but today’s interaction left me with a negative impression.

I sometimes use coupons when I eat at places. The guy that works there, seems to give us an attitude when we use a coupon. One time he told my daughter, with an attitude, using another coupon? If you don’t want customers to use coupons, then don’t offer them. He use to be friendly, but not anymore.

At this point my partner and I are regulars and always enjoy Thors customer service and friendly conversations. I always look forward to going to bibibop knowing there’s a chance he’ll be there to serve me some great gluten free food. I love the variety of lemonades and other drinks. Hard to get tired of a restaurant as good as this one.

They're using metal tongs inside of the Teflon coated rice pots. It scratches the coating and causes release of knowb toxins. This happened with a rude employee who in other occy fails to acknowledge a customer right in front of her and continues to clean.
