The best bagels period, but limited hours, nowhere to sit, long lines if you don’t come early. Worth the hassle though.

Have been there three separate occasions and still have never ate any of their food. Will not waste any more of my time with this place.
Are the bagels good you ask? I will never know and I will not be returning. There are some other really amazing bagel shops in Cary. I placed an order New Years Day because the website said they were open until 1. Order and payment went through. Received an email it would be ready tomorrow. There is also not a phone number to contact.
I had the ham and cheese on a salt and pepper bagel. It was toasted with a little sauce on it. It is the best sandwich I have ever had. The crunch of the bagel combined with the super stack of ham and cheese, it was delicious. Stellar service. The young lady that runs the front is gracious and amazingly efficient. I will be back!!!

First time there and with be the last. Though it's small the bagels are not. I love that the girl at the counter knew the two people in front of me and the woman after me by name. She was very nice to talk to and explained the menu as well. The cooks in the back were nice as well. The bagel was not super chewy and there was a perfect amount of cream cheese. Not bad simple hot coffee either.

Big Dom’s is the BEST bagel shop I’ve tried in the triangle. You have to try their salt and pepper bagel. These are Montreal style bagels (so a little different than a classic NY bagel), but they are the perfect mix between soft on the inside and crisp on the outside. If you go on the weekend, there will be a line at the door and double check your order because things can get crazy during their rush!

Bacon, egg, and cheddar either on a salt and pepper bun or an asiago bun is the perfect way to start a Saturday or Sunday morning. Never fails to disappoint and it's so filling that it keeps you full for hours.

Bagels are good BUT they constantly run out and it’s so frustrating. We walked there for 30 min, stood in line for 15 min and when we finally got in to order, they only had cinnamon bagels left. It was 10:45am and they are supposed to be open till 1pm. This was a third time we came later in the am and they were out or closed because they ran out. I don’t know how they run their business but because the place is so unreliable, we won’t be back.

Great food. Try the salmon sandwich. Go early because they close early. Not cheap because of high quality food.

A depressing, hassle of a trip to a bagel shop. I first went to Big Doms a few months back. It’s located in the active and beautiful downtown Cary. The first time we stopped by we were enjoying a day in all the nice shops of Cary. We went to Doms which was closed on the inside (probably for covid but may be the only place in the county still closed if so) and we’re told to use the drive through. We did and we’re told you must first order online.
After ordering two toasted bagels and paying we received our pick up time, 1 hour. That’s right, 1 hour for a bagel. We waited 30 minutes and pulled up to the window assuming since the drive thru was empty that they may have made a mistake. We were instructed to go park and wait for the 1 hour pick up time. We ended up leaving.
We decided to give it another chance because stuff happens and business are struggling. If this place is struggling it’s because they aren’t doing themselves any favors. Their ordering and pick up is the same as before. This time after trying everything, it really wasn’t worth it. Cary has a ton of bagel shops, and none make you jump through hoops. The bagels are good, but no more so than many other bagels. It would probably be worth it if you could drop in and grab a quick bagel.
