My husband, son, and I went to BJ’s this week and had a great experience. David P. was our server and he was great! I asked for an old menu item that was no longer on the menu and without hesitation he had the kitchen make it. He was attentive and so kind to our son making the entire meal enjoyable.

The initial service was fine, but went downhill quickly! We placed our food order at exactly the same time as the table next to us with the same number of people, they had their food 25 minutes before us. When we did get ours, it had obviously been sitting under the lamps for a while and the salads were soggy! Service never got any better. Thankfully, there's plenty of options in the area so we don't need to go back anytime soon!

I ordered a hamburger medium-well. My brother ordered his medium-rare. The both were cooked the same (medium-rare). We were with some other relatives who were traveling, so I didn't send it back to avoid the delay. The waiter did not check to see if we needed anything after bringing our food until my glass was empty and we were ready to leave. Prices for lunch were really high compared to other competitor restaurants nearby - there was no lunch special or smaller portion options. I usually have a good experience here, but this visit did not meet the standards they usually set.

Really like it here. Reasonably priced and good service. The beer selection is nice too. I do think the Men's restroom could use some overhauling. It wasn't dirty really just kinda run down. For example one of the faucets worked but it needed to be bolted down again, it would spin. This didn't take away from the great employees or the food in any way which is why I still gave 5 stars.

Great place to eat they had some great appetizers like the Mac and cheese balls and the garlic shrimp with parmesan toast. I'm a pesctarian and I got the tavern style veggie pizza and it was awesome.

The food was delicious 😋 I had the cheeseburger and it was more than enough and cooked perfectly! The mini desserts....oh my goodness!!! And Gabe was exceptional! Definitely will return and we're an hour away.

Outstanding Service That Won Us Back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After a few years away from BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, we were a bit hesitant when we noticed the menu had evolved. But our server David turned the evening into something truly special! He went out of his way to accommodate our craving for the classic cheeseburger pizza—even though it wasn’t listed—and it came out perfectly: juicy ground beef, melted cheese, tangy pickles, and that signature deep-dish crust we remembered so fondly. The food was delicious, the atmosphere welcoming as always, and we left absolutely thrilled, already planning our next visit. Huge thanks to David for his attentive, friendly service and for making us feel like valued regulars again. If you’re craving great pizza and top-notch hospitality, BJ’s is the place—ask for David!

Food was overcooked, waiter was to busy to help. Food when cooked right is good. Forgot ingredients to both our meals like no cheese on the Italian Chicken Parmigiana Pasta. Didn't put lemon butter on my wife's Parmesan-Crusted Chicken. Huge misses. Chicken was burnt so bad this isn't normal for this location normally they are spot on.
