Service was not good because it was clear that our table of 4 was an afterthought for our waitress because of a very large party in front of us. They may have been understaffed but not sure.My food was not good ( chicken Alfredo) because it was cold and the chicken had no flavor. The rest of the table ordered salads and they said they were ok.Beer selection is very good with a lot of working taps.I would only go back here to have a couple of beers and watch a game.

We had a wonderful dinner at BJs tonight. Our waiter was great, very friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was delicious, we each got something different…pizza, steak, chicken sandwich and the brisket sandwich. They were all very tasty. The pizookies were outstanding as well. This was our first time at Bjs and we’ll definitely be back.

I have to say this was definitely the worst time we've ever had here. This is now the second time where we have received cold food.We got our soups before our drinks and the soups were not hot at all. Also they told is they ran out of bread bowls the day before. Then our waitress went to fix the soups and we received our meals before we even received the soups. My husband's entree was wrong (wrong sauce and missing a side) and mine was completely cold. I thought they took the broccoli out of the refrigerator.Then we received our soups and they were warm. We asked to speak with the manager and she said she was personally going to make sure our food was right coming out again. We then received the food and my husband's was correct but mine just didn't taste right. I didn't want to call anyone over again so I just said it was fine (and that is on me).We weren't offered anything for getting several things wrong and cold which was pretty shocking. Not that I ever expect free things or things getting taken off the bill, but I was pretty shocked that nothing was actually done in regards to our mess of a dinner.I do want to make it ABSOLUTELY clear our waitress was WONDERFUL. She was extremely apologetic and checked up on us often. It wasn't her fault at all and it was just frustrating that the food we received was subpar at best.

Allie was one of the greatest waitresses I’ve ever had. Always had a cheerful attitude and was extremely attentive to every need. Food was great as well, but she was by far the highlight of the experience.

Food isn't always perfect but it came out greatttt. Brandi served us and was so sweet with my mom. Even helped me suprize her with a pizookie for her birthday. The runner gabe was also super nice. Got everything we needed.
