What happened to the lemon lavender mochi doughnut?! It HAD the most amazing glaze on top, but now it is gummy and chewy. You know a good batch vs a bad batch because the bad batch is clear and shiny but the good batch has a dull kind of milky look. The shiny also doesn't have the same delicious blend of lavender and lemon, it seems like they use corn syrup.

Best boba texture, best drinks, and best mochi donuts in the entire area. I drive over 30 minutes, past plenty of boba places to come only to here. Donuts are freshly made all day, and they are otherwordly if you can catch them coming out still hot. The drinks are high quality with fresh ingredients and actual matcha, and the boba is always fresh with perfect and consistent texture.

Personal favorites - Baba's brown sugar boba, Butterfly Fresca / Butterfly Mango Fresca, Strawberry Matcha Latte

Donuts always stale. Wifi never works. No electric outlets. Homeless lady sits on sofa and leaves a mess all the time. SipCha at beaver creek is so mich better! Give it a try.

I felt disappointed with my experience here overall. The workers are really nice and helpful, so that’s a positive. But the interior of the tea house wasn’t super cozy, inviting or welcoming to me. The Wi-Fi internet didn’t work, and the workers even told me that it hasn’t been working for people. You also have to get a password. There were no outlets that I could see for plugging in laptops. So it kinda felt like the business didn’t want people to stay long, just buy something then leave. And the tea itself was not great tasting to me, I had the classic milk tea. When I asked if a different sweetener could be used they said they can’t accommodate changes. Not a very customer-centric model to me. I wasn’t asking for anything big, just wanted a more natural sweetener like stevia or honey instead of refined sugar. This is feedback on the business, not the workers, the workers are just saying what they’re told to say. I like that they use local milk from homeland creamery though. I hope the business starts prioritizing community and user experience soon, this place would thrive a lot more if they did.

We discovered Boba Baba when they first opened several years ago and we have watched it become more and more crowded as the years have gone by. There is a reason for that: it is fantastic! Their food is very tasty and high-quality and their drinks are spot on. I love my Matcha And I love how they use honey as the sweetener. Whenever we have a special get together in our family, we always meet at Boba Baba.
