I ordered a three piece dinner meal with dark meat, mashed potato, and a Pepsi. Or wanted to. They didn’t confirm the order. When I got to the register, I couldn’t even confirm what I was being charged with. I was shoved in my hand a three piece white meat, with fries and a tea. I was being charged more and not what I was ordering. When I said I didn’t finish ordering, the lady just stared at me. Wasn’t expecting 5 stars service at fast food line but at least hoping I could at least get what I want to eat.

I think her name is Shanika. She’s wearing a blue shirt and working the front end register the morning of 12/1/25. I lost the ability to speak and she was so nice to me and even told me thank you in sign language. She was so nice. I was having a rough start to my day and that really helped. Give that woman a raise and tell her that meant a lot, please.

I stopped in to use a coupon for a tailgate dinner. There were several people in front of me and the ladies kept trying to push people in more and more into the area in front of the serving station. It was wall-to-wall people, and they were trying to move us out quickly. I was handed a large bag and told it was my order and they hurried me away. I had to ask for 4 cups, which was part of the order. I should’ve known better than to trust the order and should’ve gone through it when we got to the ball game none of the sides we ordered were there. It was not fried chicken as advertised it was tenders. We got nothing that we ordered in the service was lousy. The coupon Drew is in, but I will not be back.

I come here all the time and order the same thing. But when they mess up my order and give me the wrong size drink, they want to argue and blame me for it. Never coming back. incredibly rude and incredibly disrespectful

My Staff and I usually eat here a few times a week I’m truly disappointed there is no good customer service anymore. The meal was Cold and Incomplete Dinner Order.

I recently purchased a dinner meal from Bojangles and was very disappointed with my experience. When I got back to my store after my lunch break. I realized that part of my meal was missing, and the chicken that was included was cold. I called back to the restaurant to address the issue, but the staff refused to replace or remake the meal for the inconvenience.

I’ve always enjoyed Bojangles, but this visit was frustrating and far below the quality and service I expect. It’s disappointing to pay for a full meal and receive something incomplete and cold — and even more frustrating to be told nothing could be done to make it right.

I hope Bojangles takes this feedback seriously and improves both food quality checks and customer service. I will not be spending my hard earned money at this location. As a Store manager myself they really need to do better with their customer service.

Didn’t season fries. I understand that we ordered before closing but this service is just crazy. I don’t know the lady’s name but if you can’t deliver good food or season the fries or if you don’t have tenders on hand maybe tell the customer that? The whole order is wrong and even the sweet tea wasn’t sweetened. If you don’t want to do your job then quit instead of doing this bullshit.

Very rude managers that need to work on their approach when Speaking to people. Their card machine was having issues and instead of the manager being kind/approachable. We got mean glances/looks. She was so focused on drive thru windows times. I dont care.
