Claire was super cool and friendly, totally made me feel comfortable and her energy and spirit set my morning right. When I openee my bacon egg and. Cheese I was delighted to see yummy bacon and alit if it. I feel like a lot of fast food places give you a teent tiny sliver, but these guys actually make you a sandwich you want to eat, great job guys!!! This is MY Bojangles now 😻

It’s Bojangles. It was prompt and at the time I went, the chicken was fresh.
Customer service was terrible. They weren’t rude, but there were no pleasantries at all. I wouldn’t have even cared about that if the food was good, but it was not everything was cold. So I decided to go inside all the chicken was just laid across the counter in the buckets with no heat lamps or anything not even on the sides.

The worst Bojangles ever!!!! Every single time right here lately my friend cold I tell them lightly seasoned,,I have lost of season with cold fries,,,, and the Mexican can't understand English up there so there are messing up the orders every time,,and then act like it's your fought!!!!! Waisting my hard earned money every time!!! I'm sending Donald Trump up there!!!

I was met with a mentally challenged crew today 1/27/2025 @4:15p. My order was verified to be (2) 4pcs supremes. They charged me for (2) 4 PC supremes, but I ended up with( 2) 3pcs for a 4pc price And hard dry biscuits. I was at home when I realized their wrong order and mental challenge. They took my food through the window and that made me feel uneasy because it took a while to make the order right. They used their bare hands to dig in and look around my food boxes then handed them back after I had to continue making them understand what was wrong, the receipt says 4 pcs but each box held only 3 pcs. Then some guy with medium sized dreds goes well we fixed the order what else do you want.. these type of people don't understand customer service nor should they be paid any more than an 8$wage. That's crazy work. So frustrating and irritation having to accept being treated in the wrong manner and understanding that they may be suffering a mental block and need to be rethought how to serve fries and biscuits. I wish there was a way to take away the irritation and being rubbed the wrong way by this experience. I'll have to understand the understanding unfortunately because I ended up paying more for that type of service than normal. I gets home the second time to find breakfast sausage gravy on my mashed potatoes!!!
Kid-friendliness: These folks on this day don't deserve to speak to children.

This location has been slacking for a while, the customer service is bad, they handed me a sweet tea about half full then acted like I ruined their night after asking for the cup to be filled a bit more. Location on western Blvd is better

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with a female cashier this evening. When I inquired about the price of a half gallon of unsweetened tea at the window, the cashier responded with a long, audible sigh of annoyance, clearly irritated by my simple question. Her impatience and negative attitude were evident, and I decided not to proceed with my order if I was going to be treated this way. I asked to speak with a manager, but the cashier slammed the window and walked away.
I then went inside to speak with the manager about the poor customer service, only to encounter more disrespect. The young lady continued to yell at me and speak in an unprofessional manner. It's clear that this cashier would benefit from training on basic customer service etiquette. It's unfortunate, as this experience left a very bad impression.
