I went to their drive thru to pick up food for my child. I placed my order and the 1st thing that was said to me was ma'am kids meals are for kids 12 and under, I informed him that I was ordering for my child when I got to the window to pay he took my card then when he handed me my meal, just because I did not have my child with me he said well I hope your child enjoys the meal, with an attitude, I informed him that I was picking up the meal for my child. He was nasty and rude.

Has always been extra nice. Amazing people. Great service. Compared to the other locations in Raleigh, this one is just absolutely amazing every time.

I placed a curbside order on Monday. When I get to the location, I find out it’s closed. There’s signs everywhere saying ‘closed on Monday’. I still haven’t gotten a refund or anything. I drove 40 minutes to the nearest location only to find out they're not even open. Not even a call asking if I wanted it Tuesday (which I didn’t), but just something to know they actually received it. There’s no message on the website or google. I’m just really confused and upset because this is usually my once a year visit.

We used Activemenu to order our food. It was easy to use. The team who put together the order were thoughtful and friendly. Thanks for a good meal!

I placed my order for Christmas dinner more than a week in advance. Was in auto accident on 12/14 with broken shoulder, elbow, ribs, etc. and unable to cook for my daughter's last Christmas at home before moving to AL. Requested delivery at 12 noon. at 12:45, i called Boston Market in Cary NC and the owner explained that he had no order for me. i gave him my confirmation number, etc. and he became more and more angry at ME. The call ended by him saying, "look lady, i got no order for you and i need to move on to the next lady!" he did give me his cell number and told me try him later he would ocntinue to look for mine. i sent him text and then he called me going on and on about how he has nothign for me. i was silent with tears flowing. He stoped and asked if i was still there. I responded "im here but dont understand why i have no food for Christmas" obvioulsy crying. He responded, "I KNEW i should hver have called you back!" crying more, i asked him why he was being so mean to me. he resonded by telling me i was being rude for not understanding and he hung up on me. That was it. No car, can't drive due to injuries, no Christmas dinner, and a business owner down-right verbally abusing me! I had receipt showing i paid for it, i had order confirmation email, etc. i've never in my life been treated by ANY company so horribly! I plan to contact WRAL to see if they would be interested in reporting this story. I have only just begun to let the world know how this business owner treated a paying customer.

Went on Saturday night, sign on door says to order online. Could not get online order to cooperate. Kindly asked if I could pickup chicken and ribs. The one person working looked at me like I was crazy. Guess I was, I was at Boston Market hoping for quick dinner. After waiting a few minutes, employee was busy with other orders and never responded so I left. Obviously they have no help, they were closing at 6 pm... prior to dinner rush. Wow. Sad.

They aren’t paying their workers enough or keeping the place staffed. I waited for over an hour to pick up a prepaid order, and had to go through the drive-through to do it. The food is decent, but they’re going to go out of business if they can’t treat their workers well enough to maintain decent service.

Ordered my thanksgiving meal three weeks in advance - went to pick up order and I got nothing. No one at the store knew what to do. They couldn’t tell me in my order was in. The manager was not there to answer for the chaos.Other folks orders also were not filled that day. We waited for the manger to show up for 30 min and she didn’t.Thanks Boston Market!Quiet a few ruined diners for no unknown reason.

They are reopened and better than ever! The young man and lady working drive thru on 10/13/21 we’re definitely upbeat and very positive, actually made my day better! The food was better than it’s ever been before too.

Ordered on line for take out, got a pick up time, get there and no one was there. Doors were shut and lights were off at 6pm. Went to another Boston Market near by and hit cooking says he has only half a chicken left and meat loaf. That’s it. Wow. Love their food but their business model has sunk as low as it gets. Unfortunately, I will never enjoy what was once a great place to dine. So long, Boston Market.

I give up on this place! I understand the help problems, but I Drive 20 miles to eat there and they are never open anymore. Google and online ordering says that they are open, and the phone number isn't working. You could at least have the human decency to let people know when you are closed.

I have come to this Boston Market two times, and the location is never open. They posted saying they are open and they are not. I live in a different state and it takes a lot of effort for me to get to a Boston Market and it's very disappointing to come to a Boston Market and have it be closed. No note on the door. No nothing. I would think you could do much better.
