We had lunch today at Boteco do Brazil, and everything was outstanding! We were met warmly by Elizabeth, the owner, who engaged in lively conversation with our two friends who had lived in Brazil for many years.
We of course began with Guarana and delicious Pão de Queijo!! Then we had the chicken, cheese and beef empanadas (called Pastels in Brazil), and were they ever fabulous!!!

Simply amazing place! The vibe is exactly what you expect from a Brazilian restaurant — welcoming, full of personality, and with that comforting feeling of home. The food is spectacular and truly took me back to the roots of my homeland.
I have to highlight the beans: absolutely wonderful! I had really missed having truly Brazilian beans, well-seasoned and full of flavor, made with care — and these exceeded my expectations.
