I work in Rocky Mount and I pre ordered online a beautiful 8", Straberry Paradise cake ?for my Managers Birthday!!!!!She loved it and so did everyone else!!!I will always come here to buy cakes?❤️ ?They were so helpful and sweet with there service as well as the atmosphere was amazing!!! ?

AMAZING. everyone needs to go here. Seriously what a fun experience. You get a tray and load up on pastries (which are very reasonably priced!). They are some of the best I have ever tasted. The garlic bread was amazing.

Their sparkling tea is lovely. Their pastries are yummy too. My boys love their chocolate milkshakes. Service is always great. My only recommendation would be that they include a menu with photos of their drinks. I always see other people order these amazing drinks bur I’m never sure what is it on the menu. Overall, would recommend to anyone

I have been to Brecotea several times and these past few times have been atrocious. I keep giving them a chance because I love the atmosphere and the Milk teas however, there has been two instances that have been very concerning to me. 1. I walked up to two women standing at the register. I'm assuming one was training the other. The older woman wearing a mask (which I assume is the manager) pointed to the other register without acknowledging me or looking up.This is unprofessional behavior and I felt disregarded and unwelcome. I brushed it off hoping it was just a bad day however when I returned the following weekend I witnessed this same manager grab one of her employees by the shirt. I'm disgusted with her behavior and how she treats the nice and hardworking staff. All of the employees are always helpful and I hope the manager is dealt with.
