We are Brixx regulars, but I was very disappointed in the Italian meatballs. They are highly processed and taste terrible! I used to love the meatballs with polenta so I thought I’d try these. I’m going back to wings or a salad. Very disappointed.

Food was great and the vibes were vibing! Lauren, bar manager, was spectacular. She made sure I had everything I needed and was great to talk to. I will for sure be back!

As a vegetarian, I was thrilled with the "Wood-Roasted Vegetable" pizza at Brixx. The veggies were perfectly roasted with a smoky flavor, and the crispy crust was just right. The wood-fired touch made it uniquely delicious. Highly recommend for veggie lovers!

I got a veggie supreme type of pizza, and I don’t say this about a lot of pizza that I get, but it blew me out of the water, it was SO good, i’ve gotten pizzas from other brixx locations before, but I’m only going to get pizza from this location from now on because I think this is the best location, they seem to actually care that the pizza turns out good! Also, idk what all these people are complaining about the hostesses, everyone of the employees I met were super nice and very friendly and helpful! Thank you!!

I recently dined at Brixx Pizza at Parkside in Cary and had a mixed experience. From the outset, our visit was marred by a less-than-pleasant encounter with the hostess. It seemed we interrupted her phone time, as she greeted us with a noticeably bad attitude. Throughout our meal, she was really pushy in the way she asked for our plates while we were still eating, which made the experience uncomfortable.

On the brighter side, the food was decent, meeting our expectations for a casual pizza place. However, what truly stood out was our waiter, who delivered exceptional customer service. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor almost made up for the initial negative impression.

While the quality of the food and the waiter's excellent service were positives, the hostess's behavior unfortunately put a damper on our evening. Given this experience, I may wait a few weeks before returning, in the hope that either the hostess has moved on or management has addressed the issue. Brixx Pizza has potential, but they need to ensure that all staff contribute positively to the dining experience.

Very good pizza. Can't give more stars as I'm originally from Jersey where they have some of the best pizza on the planet.

The hostess was just so unwelcoming and rude that we were ready to leave. She would roll her eyes, act like it’s a bother to great and seat the customers. Luckily the waitress was nice and food was decent and good sized portions for the price.

Update: I've come back to Brixx a few more times, and the bartender Stephanie has been very nice. I take back my previous comment; that day was probably just a bad day for both of us. Great service. Keep up the good work. Five stars to you guys.

I've been coming to this location for a long time, and every server has been very nice. But today, the bartender Stephanie was very rude. My wife and I arrived at 10:20 PM from a long day of work to celebrate a special day for us. On Google the closing time is listed as 11 PM. We asked if we could get food, and she said that we could only get food to go. Then I asked for a beer while we waited for our food, and she said no. If your bar closes at 11 PM, at least make sure your servers are willing to serve a beer after 10:30 PM. Horrible service—never coming back again.

The food was fine but the hostess had a problem that only extended to people of color. She didn't welcome me and barely acknowledged me and then didn't provide any utensils. Note this is a location where the hostess brings utensils to the table upon seating the guest. I thought maybe it was a bad day but then I started noticing how she was interacting with the white customers and her demeanor was completely different, friendly and she brought them utensils without the guest needing to ask for them

Brixx is my Go To! They have the best service, food and drinks! I recommend it for a quick bite or a hangout spot and make sure your get Stephanie she is the BEST! Dalton has done a great job with the place
