Placed a mobile order this morning. Said it would be ready in 15-20 but took over 30 minutes. Got home and a bagel was not included in the order. Have been trying to call them for the last 30 minutes and no one answers. Terrible customer service. Will take my business elsewhere going forward

They have some amazing kettle cooked bagels, but they are heavily understaffed especially during the weekends. Even after ordering online I waited for a good 45 minutes before I could get my single bagel.

Online ordering here sucks. I ordered 20 minutes before meeting a friend at the store. After he ordered, he got his food, and it now has been an additional 20 minutes and they still haven't gotten my food. The server said they had lots of on line orders and that is just there system. Once again, these guys suck.

Just drove accross town to pick up gift card from this location. Got to the door with a few minutes to spare. Staff still inside with customers but doors locked. Smh. Not quite 2pm yet. Tried to get their attention to let them know I only wanted a gift card but was ignored. Very frustrating 🙁

I don’t think I’ll come back here. Ended up grabbing bagels here and went right next door to La farm because they don’t sell hot chocolate here. I still got my bagels. 2 toasted one with butter one with cream cheese. I took a pic of the butter one because that’s just gross. Want to also mention that the bagels although toasted were basically just a little charred on the edges and were still super chewy. You can kinda tell by the fact none of the butter really melted into the bagel. And those bagels that were meh cost 8.14. With la farm being right next to it I will always choose that going forward.

Ordered online, email said my order would be ready at 9:20am. Got there at 9:20 and didn’t get my order until 40 minutes later. There were so many people waiting for online orders and to order in person. This location needs to really look at how they operate. To few people working there on the busy weekends and they can’t keep up.

Bagels are good but wait time is too long, when we ask for an update you only hear 15 minutes (same answer always) that really frustrates you whether to wait or get out from the store. Hope the store management thinks about this and provide proper update for customer to come back and enjoy their Bagels!!

My order is completely wrong. I asked bagel to be skinny and light cream cheese. I got a bulky bagel with lots of cream cheese.

Literally every other time my orders wrong. My most recent was pastrami, egg, and cheese. They put the extra eggs on the other sandwich, and 1 slice of pastrami. First photo is the order second what I expected at all a bit. Lol I forgot it's a corporation so I'm just a number not a appreciated customer ?
