This place has the best burgers ever. For the first time I tried the chicken. That BBQ Rodeo grilled chicken sandwich is my new favorite. It is perfect with BBQ sauce and the jalapeños and cheese. I didn't get onions. The BBQ sauce has a sweetness to it and pairs well with the heat of jalapeños. It is perfection! They have really good salads and shakes too. I like that this location is always clean and the people are always friendly. I also like how they give good suggestions. I got the chicken sandwich on a suggestion from the guy at the register who listened when I said I didn't really want a burger. Best choice ever!
Vegetarian options: You can customize sandwiches and patties to make it vegetarian.
Parking: For pick up they have 10 minute parking which is perfect.
Kid-friendliness: Spacious on inside and kid friendly.
The food tastes good, but I feel it is a little too expensive. I recommend their fries.

LOVE the food! Their Cajun season on the fries were awesome, I'll definitely be coming back for them. Also, they are extremely family friendly. Most notably acknowledging my infant and telling us to get some free apple sauce or juice for her. This was unexpected and a sincere gesture.

Update: It seems everytime I go to BurgerFi there are less and less employees working. This last time I only saw one and it took a few minutes for that one to even show themselves from the back. I have a very bad feeling about them being around much longer.

Went over and beyond for my food, not only did the cook toss out old lettuce and not serve me the bad stuff. Went out of their way to make me a fresh lettuce bugger. Amazing delicious and amazing!! Great staff!!

Stopped on our way through NC for a road trip. Awesome food. Monu (sp?) who worked Sunday night 8/25 was awesome. Extremely attentive and friendly and greeted every customer. Definitely a star employee who deserves a shoutout!
We went to the BurgerFi in Cary off of Harrison- Savannah took our order. Right from the start she was so so nice. She went out of the way to keep us informed. When our food was a little delayed she gave a free milk shake on the house. She made sure we felt welcomed and was patient while taking our order when we took time. She double checked our order to make sure it was accurate and food was great. Will def go back there again

My first time here and the food was pretty good!!! Robert, who took my order was very helpful. He recommended that I try the single patty combo, I also add the parm&herb fries and onion rings (they were big and sweet). Overall wonderful experience, enjoyed the food. Definitely will be back the next time I'm in town!!!

We placed a large pick up order for our office and the service was PHENOMENAL. Will definitely be looking into the catering services that were offered. So sad I didn’t grab his name - but the gentleman helping us was so kind to check our order and write all of the names on individual sandwiches. Incredible service that you just don’t see anymore!

I've gotten far better burgers for a third of the price at three times the speed. The cashier was quite nice and friendly. That's the best thing that I could say about the place. It was a chewy burger. That is not a thing you want to say about a burger. I will never go to another BurgerFi again.
