So I had a late lunch with family at this location on Sep 2, 2022. The experience was really sad overall. The soda machine was not working, the tables outside were sticky and al disgusting. 2 days later, I received a reply from corporate asking me to contact them. I did. Nothing further happened. Needless to say, my experience was terrible. Received 2star service while paying for 5star prices. This chain is overrated big time.

My family and I come here weekly and really enjoy the food and atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and very sweet to my children. My kids look forward to our weekly BurgerFi date! Also, we love that they have a trivia game--the kids really enjoy it! The staff does a great job making sure we're always taken care of!
Best Burger in NC by far!! And The Onion Rings here are next level! They are literally the biggest onions I’ve ever seen! Great job Staff!

Had the veggie burger. Ordered only the burger without sauce. Just ketchup, lettuce, tomato, pickles, pepper jack cheese. Not the meal. It was almost $10. Pricey. It was delivered with the greasiest, soggiest fries imaginable even though I didn’t order fries. The burger was kind of soft & squishy. It tasted pretty good. Would’ve preferred it harder, more well done. Customer service was 5 stars. Extremely helpful and friendly. C’mon guys, you can do better!!!
