Had the veggie burger. Ordered only the burger without sauce. Just ketchup, lettuce, tomato, pickles, pepper jack cheese. Not the meal. It was almost $10. Pricey. It was delivered with the greasiest, soggiest fries imaginable even though I didn’t order fries. The burger was kind of soft & squishy. It tasted pretty good. Would’ve preferred it harder, more well done. Customer service was 5 stars. Extremely helpful and friendly. C’mon guys, you can do better!!!

We came here for a quick lunch and we liked the food. Burgers were tasty. The fries were not that good and soda had more water than the flavor of the actual soda. Milkshake was good though. Service was excellent, I forgot to ask the cashier his name but he was very kind and had an amazing energy.

This location has totally turned things around. Had the best burger and fries tonight with their new combo meal! They REALLY brought it with service. We had MULTIPLE people ask us if we enjoyed our meal, if we needed anything, AND brought us sample size milkshakes. The place was sparkling with not a speck of dirt in sight. Way to go, BurgerFi Cary!!!

Used to go fairly often to the location on N Harrison in Cary before it closed. Tried this one on Walnut St today with my grandkids and it was a total disappointment. First, the restaurant smelled — hopefully it was the cleaning products they use, but it was overpowering and made it necessary to sit outside in 90° heat. Second, prime lunchtime on a Saturday afternoon and they had no hotdogs and no chicken. When you essentially have 3 items on your menu, that’s pretty sad. Thirdly, both ice machines had big signs saying out of service, yet strangely they dispensed ice. Burgers had brown lettuce and were totally over sauced. $60+ for a disappointing dining experience in a poorly run establishment. Will not be returning.
