These burgers taste fine. On par with mcdonalds/wendy's. The size of the burger however is pathetic. I'd need about three of these to constitute a normal meal.
For the price point this is an abysmal value proposition.

This was the worst experience we’ve ever had at burgerfi. It took 40 minutes to get our food, they said they were waiting on fresh fries but when we got them half of them were soggy. I paid $11 for a salad that looks like it’s child size,and they messed up my boyfriend’s burger order not adding the additional toppings that he paid for. What a waste of $40

Ooh so worth the price. Today Nov 2 took my son to try a new Burger place Fulfilling an fresh. $12 He had the Double bacon cheese I wanted to see if he could finish this Burger lol ? he did in 10minutes. He'll differently get a full meal next time.
Last wk I had the Rodeo Burger cryfry an the best strawberry milkshake. Husband had the CEO chili fries an Oreo. Our total was $64 bit like I said it's SOO WORTH the price. Make sure you don't nothing else to do after you eat cause you might take a nap lol.
My kids favorite burger place! I’ve had the vegan beyond burger a couple times myself, and have always been pleased. We pretty much always dine in, and the fries are always hot, tasty and MORE than plentiful. I appreciate the beer selection here. While it is limited, there are always some high quality local beers on tap, typically a Brewery Bhavana selection. The restaurant often is a bit messy, but not to the extent that it is concerning or off-putting, probably about what I would expect at a burger place. I am sure we will continue to patronize for years!
Vegetarian options: Yes! They have a beyond burger for both vegetarian and vegan options!

After waiting 45 minutes. For take out. No it wasn't crowded. Seated people came in after me were served first. I live maybe 4 minutes away. My fries and burger was cold. Not warm or hot. And extra item I paid for on my burger was left off. They are too expensive for this. They just lost a customer. 😮

It's my first visit. Lady was nice to help me order in person. But there is a anti social computer if you need a touch screen experience. Loud music, restaurant is set up like a subway ..get in, don't stay and talk, leave. Not a fancy experience by any means. Basic burger and five onion rings, no drink for $20.

The food and service was great, they were very polite and fast. The food I've gotten has been amazing every time. The only time I had anything close to an issue was when I grabbed my online order without looking and grabbed the wrong one. I wasn't even out of the parking lot and they fixed everything when I went back and even gave me some extra discount on my next order, even though I feel it was mostly mu fault, and that was my worst visit.
Simple put this place is delicious, the people are polite, and it's even fast. Definitely worth going to and my favorite place to get burgers.
Anyone who's been to BurgerFi will tell you, this is a quality shop. Fresh ingredients, great flavor, and friendly staff.

Not sure where to begin. First off I ordered the “ultimate bacon cheeseburger”. False advertising!!! The burger was barely warm, cold and paper thin. The bun was also cold. Not even sure why I had to wait 6 minutes to get a pre-cooked, super dry burger and a cold bun. Terrible. So let’s talk about the side of fries that cost me $4.49. Pretty sure they attempting to create potato chips. They were at least warm, but a far cry from being worth what they charge. Buyer beware!!?

Doesn’t matter if you have the “best” burger.. if the store isn’t clean and efficient, then it’s not a good experience. With the money saved by replacing cashiers with touch screen kiosks, you’d think they’d be able to afford extra workers to keep things clean and keep the soda fountain options stocked. Chicken sandwich was good when I got it 15 minutes later. Wouldn’t call that “fast casual”. I like the store concept, but this one is severely mismanaged.
