Used to love this place when it first opened . However they always seem to have missing items or bowls full of just rice an a lil bit of rice .
Paid for extra chicken didn’t get that , paid for chipotle ranch didn’t get that . Wouldn’t as mad if I didn’t drive a hour from the other side of Sanford . Plus I’m 20 weeks pregnant a this has been my craving for almost a week .
Only sauce on here is sour cream , no pico, no chipotle ranch just tomatoes .

Gabe is absolutely Amazing!!! My family and I stopped by Burrito Shak (in Cary, N.C.) It was our first time. The entire staff was great, but Gabe really went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed! Thank you to the staff that contributed to us having a wonderful meal (Gabe, Tyler, Frederick, and Dalton) you guys are definitely 5 stars!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My first time here and I’m definitely gonna be back and let my coworkers know to come here! Gabe was really kind as well & in my opinion they both deserve a raise!!! Lol shoutout to you guys and thank you thank you thank you!!!! The food was amazing too not just the service ! Way better than chipotle lol

1st time visitors today. We were greeted upon entering. We were offered assistance while reviewing the menu. Overall we were helped by 3 people down the line and each was polite & friendly. A 4th person checked on us in the dining room to see that we were enjoying it. The food was yummy and portions were quite generous. Carne Asada meat was tender. The 5 varieties at the little salsa bar were fun to try, too. We definitely look forward to returning!

Ok, I really enjoy this spot. I think the food here walks the dog on similar spots. I do have a criticism. I order delivery about once a week, and never has it come with a fork. The only other opportunity I think they have is that my order always comes with a bag of chips (which are awesome) however it comes with a shot glass of salsa. Come on maaaaan, I'm wasting chips here!!
